“I'm not much of a coffee drinker, but not long ago, I tried my husband's S'more Frappuccino and it was so good! Their Berry bowls are delicious, and my absolute favorite! My daughter gets their lemonade with boba. I'm not a fan of bagels either, but their inside out bagels are SO good! My favorite is the jalapeño cheddar with turkey, cheddar, egg, cream cheese, and pepperocinis! Takes a little more time when I get the bagels, but good things come to those who wait... right? It's worth the wait! Thanks ladies for your friendly atmosphere and excellent customer service!“

“The shape of the dining area is a little quirky, and the bathrooms were on past the cleaning supplies room. The restrooms could use some deeper cleaning.

The staff did their job, but didn't appear to enjoy serving the customers.

“I have frequented 5 times while my stay here in Susanville, evening shift needs improvement, but, but yes the morning manager is working hard to improve customer service, in my from here, so what I have witnessed is my own, I was extremely happy with morning shift service, food at all times were good and I never had TY go back for something missing, I travel and I love the cheeseburgers and my road dog loves the chicken nuggets. ?“

“They have the best coffee around and the setting is artistic and beautiful. They support artists in the community and it is beautifully decorated. My husband’s and my favorite place in Lassen and it looks out on Thompson Peak. Warm and inviting, always.“
