“Dynamite fried fish at this little spot, located in a strip mall in Sylmar. I ordered red snapper and catfish, and both items were delicious--well-seasoned, perfectly cooked and served up piping hot. I particularly enjoyed the catfish. Outstanding flavor, very fresh tasting! So good! And the proprietor of this business is really friendly and welcoming. Very good food and very good vibes! I will be back.“

The bathrooms have signs with humans wearing tropical 🌴 palm trees on their shirts which is awesome.“

“Delicious food! We ordered delivery so I can't speak for the service or atmosphere, but the food was great. We got the loaded fries with chicken, shrimp burrito and mahi mahi burrito. Really nice serving size, especially on those fries. Those things are a meal in themselves. Order got to us correct and with napkins and utensils ready for us. I would say it's a touch pricey, but honestly, that seems like the norm with inflation these days. Enjoyed the good, would try again :)“

From the moment we tried their ceviches, my friend and I were both blown away by the incredible freshness of the fish, shrimp and veggies- fresh, zesty, and bursting with pure ocean flavor that tasted like it was caught just moments before.

The shrimp ceviche tostadas were nothing short of spectacular. Each bite was a perfect balance of tender, citrus-marinated shrimp and a kick of heat from the perfectly minced jalapeños and serrano chilis. The spice level was spot-on - present but not overwhelming, allowing the natural sweetness of the shrimp to shine through.

The fish ceviche was impeccably prepared and cooked to perfection in fresh lemon juice that brought out the most vibrant flavors. The texture was perfectly tender, fresh, and incredibly clean-tasting. This place truly understands the art of ceviche, and it shows in every single bite.

Shout out to Julian, an employee, who helped take our order at the kiosk when there was a bit of a wait at the register. We dined in and he checked in to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and had everything we need. 10/10 recommend the food here. The fish, sides, and clam chowder were even better than some of the more upscale restaurants we’ve tried previously. “Came here cause I was craving something delicious and spicy! I told the server I wanted something with Lamb that was very spicy. He recommended the Lamb Vindaloo. He then asked me if i wanted it American spicy or Indian spicy. The look in his eye when he said Indian spicy scared me so I said American. When he brought out the meal, he also brought a side of the Indian spicy sauce for me just incase. This food was delicious! I added the Indian spices almost immediately and was very please with the level of spiciness. If you want great Indian food at a great price, come here! Also, don’t do what I did and wait for a check hahahaha. You go up to the counter to pay. Oh yea, one order of the Lamb Vindaloo, Garlic Naan and Rice is enough for 2 full meals!“

“Hands down THE best Indian restaurant in the valley if not the city. Easily top 3. Top Quality ingredients, delicious dishes, warm family vibe, family level service. I’ve been coming here since they opened , in all that time, as other restaurants through Covid have dropped quality and raised prices, I’m so pleased and grateful for this gem in my own neighborhood. My favorite dishes I highly recommend : green chutni, garlic naan, best chicken tandoori, best lamb biryani , all their masala’s, even though Im not a big fan of vegan food, even that is fantastic. The owner is a sweet mom, she’s down to earth and genuine. Her family works there… oh one thing I forgot to mention that shows their care and quality, when you order the biryani for example, you get tons of meat, they don’t skimp. Always order more than u can eat. It’s that kinda place. Hopefully around for many more years“

This restaurant has the layout, and feel of Japanese restaurants from days gone by. However, at the same time, it's very modern and stylish.

I entered with my Mom, and we were immediately greeted and seated. Our server was very friendly and had a great personality. It turns out he was very knowledgeable as well. I ordered the Salmon Shioyaki Entree, and Mom ordered the Miso Marinated Black Cod Entree. The Entrees come with Soup & Salad. The salad was subtly flavorful. With the greens, vegetables, crunchy topping, and dressing combining to create a delicious starting salad. The Miso Soup was very flavorful, and well balanced. They were both wonderful ways to start a meal. My Salmon Shioyaki was incredible. The Shio (Salt), enhances the natural flavor of the Salmon, and helps in browning, and creating crispy tasty salmon skin. The flesh was firm, yet tender and flaky. Just a squeeze of lemon, and it was perfection exemplified. The accompaniments, and rice, along with the delicious mixed Vegetables made it a complete meal. I had a taste of the Miso Black Cod. The glazed Miso flavor was undeniable, as the Black Cod melted in my mouth, ending in deliciousness.

A Japanese meal embodies that the sum of all parts, equals the whole. The Entrees here are examples of that philosophy.

The prices here are well worth it, considering what you get. The whole staff here is very friendly. Our server helped make our dining experience fantastic. We hope to see him again. We will be back,“
