“This is my go to Hawaiian spot in Temecula. Food is always good and service is great. The only downside is portion size, sometimes you get a lot and it’s perfect, but sometimes it’s less depending on the cook. This would be my only suggestion on improvement.“

“I had an issue with my Reward points being removed when I updated the new App. I voiced my concern by an email through the customer service link in the Carl's Jr. App.

Somehow I was contacted by the owner of several of the Temecula Carl's Jrs, Carlos
by phone. He thought I had some issue at the Temecula Parkway location. I said I did not, but that I had lost all of my Rewards points.

He offered to help as best he could, but also offered for my trouble, 2 complementary sandwiches, which equalled my Reward points that had gone missing.

I am a satisfied customer that Carlos stood behind his company and location. Great customer service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

“I placed my order at the counter on a Sunday morning, with an employee named Nox. She was highly efficient, very friendly and kind. A real incentive to come back to this store, in the hope she will there.

“NO MORE TACO BELL. After being a faithful customer since 1973, I've switched to DEL TACO! The food is SO much better. The beans don't run out of your burrito like a bad case of the Hershey squirts. “I've always liked Carls Jr for the fact they do things a little different than everyone else. Charbroil burgers, real hand breaded chicken, thick real ice cream shakes, the way they wrap each burger as a presentation when they hand it to you, and the fact it actually takes a few extra minutes to get your food even after you've payed for it because making it the way they do takes a little longer in order for it to have the quality it does. Also, I'd say their burgers are the closest to looking the way they are presented on the drive up screen compared to everyone else. Give them a try if you haven't in a while.“

My friend and I drove from Oceanside to Temecula for an early lunch… Lynne greeted us and took great care of us during our dine-in experience. Nice and clean counters, floors and restroom. I had the Southwestern chopburrito- sooo warm and delicious! Lynne came out to the dining area and asked if we’d had the new poke or the garlic steak… we hadn’t, and she graciously brought us very generous samples of both. The poke is fresh, bright and delicious, and the garlic steak is super duper garlicky- such a flavorful topping for any chop salad! We had such a great time last Friday that we are going back tomorrow :) The drive is never too far when fresh, delicious food that fills you up and is good for your body is involved! Don’t forget to grab some soft pretzel sticks hot out of the oven during your visit. Thank you Lynne for being so gracious!
