They provide a good pizza for a good price and the gentleman saw I was struggling to open the door either the pies in my hand and he was nice enough to help me take it to my car.

The employees are probably overworked and underpaid, but they still take the time to create a delicious pizza which everyone can enjoy .“

“A Hidden pizza place on the second floor. We would have completely missed it if it wasn’t for the sign on the street. We noticed a lot of people coming in for pick up but decided to dine in. We picked the Biggio flavor and the pizza came out in 20 minutes. First bite was delicious. The sauce is tart and flavorful. The crust is chewy and light. Meat was crispy and plentiful. The price for the quality is amazing and in my husband words, “bomb”. We wish we found this place sooner and will definitely come back.“

I love that they acknowledge the mistake and take action on it quickly, even before I realized (i didn’t feel I was waiting too long). I appreciate them being professional and thoughtful for the customers.“

“I’ve been coming here for some time now during my lunch breaks for the lunch buffet. I’m a vegetarian and unfortunately all of the pizza always has meat. There will only be half a small pie of plain cheese which is usually almost done. We sometimes ask beforehand if they have plain or veggie coming out soon but it’s usually not ready until it’s time for us to leave . I understand not everyone likes veggie pizza but it’d be nice to have at least the plain always available! Otherwise food is great and we really enjoy it.“

From the moment we enter the establishment to the moment we left, the service was great. We were welcomed with a warm greeting and positive attitude by the same owner and hosts. “Today is 6/3/26, Tho I have been ordering from here for 40 years. Awesome Food. I change my Ham and Avocado Sandwich order a bit differently. Whenever a girl takes my order does it incorrectly even though she repeats it correctly. Today...Ham and Avocado sandwich with jalapeño slices in sandwich. Lettuce and tomato slices on SIDE. So my sandwich does not get moist. Nope, No jalapeño, lettuce in sandwich very wet, tomatoes on side yes. Last year before doing changes on how I order. Went for a Ham and Avocado sandwich. Went to my friends house to enough lunch. To find NO Ham in my sandwich. I was so pissed, called, girl answered, said that's the way I ordered it. After 40 years really.“

“Everything was great! My only ehhh is the lock on the bathroom... You haveto do a code to get into the bathroom... I did the code like 5 times and finally another woman came to use the bathroom as well... I told her the code and it took her like 2-3 times before she was able to get it unlocked. That's not all... The door is locked and you have to turn the lock to get out-of the bathroom... Suggestion take that lock off the door so customers can actually get into the bathroom easier“

“I love Alitalia Pizza in Monrovia! I have ordered and picked up their pizza many times now- honestly my favorite pizza place! My favorite is the large garden salad- it’s huge and full of so many veggies! Why the salad? The BEST homemade balsamic dressing I’ve had. Not kidding! I even dip my pizza in it. It isn’t like Pieology. They have canned soda drinks, or two liter bottle soda, no alcohol. Vito the guy who made my pizza to perfection was telling me they have a really good Sunday BBQ from ribs, Tri-tip, 1/2 chicken, etc. They are only open in the evening hours, and the pizza is good size portion. Their small is the size of most mediums at other places. I highly recommend this place. A little more in price, but well worth the fresh ingredients and they won’t take tips.“

“We first found Big Al's Pizzeria on IG. All of their pizzas caught our eye because of the unique flavors that they serve.
