While I was waiting for my pizza, a staff approached me and started apologizing for the mistake that someone else took my pizza and they had to remake it, and she promised that she’ll take care of my order as priority to avoid any further delay. I love that they acknowledge the mistake and take action on it quickly, even before I realized (i didn’t feel I was waiting too long). I appreciate them being professional and thoughtful for the customers.“

“I love Alitalia Pizza in Monrovia! I have ordered and picked up their pizza many times now- honestly my favorite pizza place! My favorite is the large garden salad- it’s huge and full of so many veggies! Why the salad? The BEST homemade balsamic dressing I’ve had. Not kidding! I even dip my pizza in it. I crave this dressing every day. I also order the gourmet veggie pizza every time. Tons of vegetables, fresh and delicious. I’ve also had the homemade cheesecake which I loved. Can’t go wrong here. Promise!“

The wings, however, were a bit overcooked—especially the BBQ wings, which tasted slightly burned. The habanero wings were perfect though, with great flavor and the right amount of heat. Overall, I’d definitely come back for the pizza!“

“Excellent food, friendly service that gave an accurate estimate for food. Their chicken wings are fantastically crispy, and cooked perfectly and juicy. I recommend the plain ones to maximize their crispiness. The pizza was great, with our favorite aspect being the crispy, cheesy, crust. The place had jazz music playing in the background, which gave a nice calming atmosphere to our meal. If you're looking for a chill pizza joint with great wings, I'd recommend Fuji's and Vi's Pizza 100%.“

“I’ve been coming here for some time now during my lunch breaks for the lunch buffet. I’m a vegetarian and unfortunately all of the pizza always has meat. There will only be half a small pie of plain cheese which is usually almost done. We sometimes ask beforehand if they have plain or veggie coming out soon but it’s usually not ready until it’s time for us to leave . I understand not everyone likes veggie pizza but it’d be nice to have at least the plain always available! Otherwise food is great and we really enjoy it.“

“I don't know if this is the same Two Sal's that used to be in Montebello on Beverly Blvd but if isn't it is very good pizza. Got a large pepperoni black olives half sausage for $28.99, and boy was it good. All the toppings very flavorful. An older Asian couple making the food and they are very nice. Highly recommend.“

Whenever a girl takes my order does it incorrectly even though she repeats it correctly. Today...Ham and Avocado sandwich with jalapeño slices in sandwich. Lettuce and tomato slices on SIDE. So my sandwich does not get moist. Nope, No jalapeño, lettuce in sandwich very wet, tomatoes on side yes. Last year before doing changes on how I order. Went for a Ham and Avocado sandwich. Went to my friends house to enough lunch. To find NO Ham in my sandwich. I was so pissed, called, girl answered, said that's the way I ordered it. After 40 years really.“

“Fresh ingredients and good food. With nobody in line when we arrived, we figured we would be helped quickly. That did not happen. The employee at the counter was busy making a to-go order, so she was fine, but two other employees and a supervisor continued to chat and do other 'busy work' instead of coming to help. The supervisor even made direct eye contact with us but kept fixing chairs that were only slightly out of place. We definitely did not feel welcome or like our business was appreciated.“

“This is honestly in my top two favorite pizza spots in all of Los Angeles, if not my top favorite. I usually go to the DTLA location, but this was my first time at the San Marino one. This neighborhood location is a lot prettier than DTLA with much easier free street parking right in front. The staff is friendly at both locations and everything is usually available very quickly. I’ve never had to wait longer than 15 minutes.

For this most recent visit I had to stop in on Sunday for their specialty which is the Mac & Cheese Pizza. It really hits the spot when you’re craving and honestly every single variant I’ve had here is great. One of my favorite parts is that you can order a whole pie or a slice in pretty much any version and they really do a great job with quality control and taste. I also love how huge the slices are. This location is more set up to go, they do have places to sit and eat inside, but it’s definitely designed more as a to go. I would highly recommend and really wish they would open a third location on the west side close to where I live.“
