I expected it to be out sooner since we had a reservation and had ordered a fixed menu, but after being seated, we still had to wait a decent amount, so we were quite hungry. Even though we were early, we still did have to wait almost 15min beyond our rez to be seated but, we were delighted when they offered to bring us an appetizer because they were sorry we had to wait so long. GF pizza is cooked in the same ovens so you have to ask them to cook the pizza on a metal tray to prevent the crust from being completely contaminated, but be aware that since it's a shared oven, cross contamination will occur regardless (which is important if you have celiac or are very reactive to gluten).Dietary restrictions: Their GF crust is pretty good. “I just want to give a shout out to Aron as I picked up a tray of meat lasagna, spaghetti meat sauce, salad and garlic bread for my New Year's party and he gave me detailed easy prep instructions to make it hot and taste amazing. Everyone was very pleased. The only issue I have is he said that I would have enough for left overs but my family took take home plates of everything and left me with a few noodles the next day. I guess those are the pitfalls of being a good host! If you ever are in the area stop by and treat yourself as I have for the past 40 years. “I know this pizzeria for about 6 years. They have the best pizza in Winnetka, if I don’t exaggerate they have the best Persian pizza in Los Angeles. We all recommend this place. Next time instead of ordering pizza from Domino’s or Papa Jons, try Thyme Pizzeria. You won’t regret. Also, the tables have been side ways - what makes the space between the party far away from each other. We came only 6 people and I couldn't make a conversation past my son who set next to me. The flavors of the slice, saved the day! Aside from the meatballs, it had tomato (not overpowering, at all), mozzarella, roasted red peppers, Fresno Chili, and Ricotta. Overall, that slice kicked my taste buds in the taste buds with a zesty spiciness that was PERFECT and flavor! My friend had the Pollo Limone (lemon chicken). She loved it! My other friend had the Dover sole special with the lemon mustard dressing and the server debone the fish at the table! So cool! We were so full that we did not have any dessert or tea. Next time, I hope the pizza gets improved and that the size is too small for price. The ambiance of the place was very nice.
