“BEST PIZZA IN THE SOUTH BAY! My boyfriend introduced me to this little gem a few years ago and I can honestly say any other pizza I try since doesn't come close to the amazing taste that Jack's pizza makes. We're lucky enough to live 3 minutes away from this place, so we usually pick up and bring the pie home, but it's always piping hot and perfection every time. I honestly don't go anywhere else for pizza since my first bite of Jack's pizza, and I can pretty much guarantee you won't either. This place has been around for a long long time, I think somewhere around the 80's and I hope they stay around making magic in the kitchen for many years to come. A sincere thanks to all the staff at Jack's! Stay awesome and don't change!“

“The only reason I give this 4/5 is because I prefer thin crust. That said, where else are you going to find authentic NYC pizza?
And their pizza is DELECTABLE!!!!
So yes, I know I'm being petty, but I was raised in NYC, and we're very picky about our slices...

“Delicious pizza! This place looks unassuming from the outside but since the reviews were good we decided to try it out and were not at all disappointed! A medium pizza was perfect amount for two of us to share, at a great price. The sauce tasted really fresh and the crust was soft and fluffy. I'm really excited to go back and try some of the more unique topping combos.“

“Made a reservation for my son’s birthday / graduation for today and it all went smoothly. The managers Luis & Hank ensured we were taken cared of showed us to where we would be sitting, and even brought our food out to our table together. They seem to work good together to ensure everyone was having a good time. I’m glade I choose Shakey’s to celebrate at.“

“Great place to eat. We had breakfast on mother's day after my goddaughter recommended it. The food was great. I had the crepe with banana and strawberry filling. Both were actually fresh and tasted amazing - different than other places that offer similar fare. And adding Nutella was also a great idea. Cappuccino was very good. Our entire party was very happy with food and drinks. We will be back.“

“What a fantastic discovery. I was craving calzones and used to have a spot in Los Feliz which I would go out of my way for. After trying a few places which fell short of the mark in South Bay, I almost gave up on finding authentic Italian food locally. The search was worth it as this is now going to be one of my forever places to come on a regular basis. From the calzone, to the pizza, salads and even the Cannoli Siciliani Pistacchio, everything has been nothing short of amazing. To top it off, it’s family run and they are all the sweetest and most warm people I’ve encountered at any local restaurant. If you haven’t tried them yet, you need to stop by.“

“It took about 14 minutes to be greeted. The restaurant was not full. First round beverages took over 14 minutes to hit the table, our apps (Caesar and pizza) hit the table before our beverages, they dragged behind by about 2-3 minutes. Service was friendly. Food was good. I still love you guys, you've got the best chicken parm in the game. Pizza was fantastic.“

“One of Chuck E’s host was incredibly sweet to my daughter, who is on the autism spectrum, while Chuck E performed his “Birthday Star Spectacular” performance for the birthday children. She was very patient when my daughter wanted to follow Chuck throughout the time he was out, and even made her feel as if she was a part of the performance. These moments are memorable to my daughter, who is one of the biggest Chuck E Cheese fan follower. Thank you lady, you made our week!“

“This is the BEST blaze pizza I’ve ever been to. All of the employees are so kind. Today, my boyfriend and I went in for the five for 35 and Miguel was so accommodating and patient with us. My boyfriend said he made him the best pizzas of any blaze pizza he’s ever had. He even changed his gloves with no problem because of my allergies. Also, the cinnamon bread is to die for.“

“We specifically wanted shakeys after years of not having it. I tell you what, this was the best one yet. Not to many games like back in the day, but the food was perfect! Tasty, hot. Crispy. Pizza chicken mojos! We drove an hr ! We’re in town visiting from Colorado. We will be back to try it again. Family of 5 .“

“Ordered double green and Hawaiian via Grubhub o na Sunday night. Quick service and delivery time, Pizza was warm on arrival and was good. The Double Green (placed vegan cheese on it) and Hawaiian were both good, crusts were baked perfect (light crisp). Pizza big enough to serve 2-3 people.“
