Dear Me, We love this place. We always come back. Just wanted to remind you to order 1-1.5 prime rib order/person. Lets try the intestine and pork miso (instead of salt) next time. IMPT REMINDER: Do not bite the meat in half. Use the meat to make a meat rice roll and enjoy! I repeat, no biting. 1 meat slice per bite only. Ur welcome

- Gluttony Expedition - Super prime rib: I usually love short rib but never here. Theirs are too chewy for me. "Tsuruhashi " in Fountain valley offers way better ones. I don't like it. Top sirloin: good. Beef tongue: good as always. Tender and tasty. Beef tripe "mino": very tender and chewy in a nice way. Good! Yukke bibimbap: they do offer great quality on the raw beef. We called ahead of time to make reservations for two at 5:30 on a Friday. We didn't have a problem getting a table but it seemed like as the night went on it was full and it would've been hard to just walk in. The meats were AMAZINGGGG. We got the beef tongue, sirloin, prime rib, short rib. THEY WERE ALL DELICIOUS. They don't serve any sides though so you have to order extra. We ordered rice, salad, and mixed vegetables.
