“Lately, I’ve been very into kimbap. However, I can be pretty picky about it in terms of what’s inside. There’s sooooo many options for what kind of kimbap you want. For me, I’m really into the beef kimbap. Kimbap Paradise has the best beef kimbap, in my opinion.

The restaurant is located in Torrance, super close to my home. It’s in a busy shopping center so there’s plenty of parking. I easily just call in my order and pick it up. It’s usually ready within 10/15 mins depending on how busy they are. I never dined in, but there’s lost of seating inside to do so. If you’re not a kimbap fan, they have many other Korean dishes to choose from.“

“I love how ethnic markets: Korean, Japanese, Chinese, and Mexican supermarkets in So. Cal included a food court where everyone can sample ethnic dishes. At this H Mart, I ordered Hot Stone Bibimbap. It arrived with three sides, and two sauces. Yummy doesn’t even begin to describe this dish. All the raw vegetables were freshly sliced, warmed by the heat of the stone and rice. The cooked vegetables were perfectly cooked-maintaining their bright green color. I prefer low salt, so I just poured in a little bit of the sauce. While sitting down to eat my lunch, I thought about groceries to pick up from H-Mart. I’m a little surprised that this food court with 4 eateries wasn’t busier during the week. Bring your appetite.“

“I picked here because it was open late and glad I made that decision. I like the menu because it split into prices. Super affordable because the portion is sooo huge. On top, full of flavor and delicious.
I got the combo B with chicken and pitcher of beer. Chicken was crunchy and tasty.
The Sausage platter was sooo huge has a hint of kick but for people who can't eat spicy can still enjoy.

“This is by far the best all you can eat AYCE Kbbq restaurant in Torrance. The staff were incredibly attentive and A++ for the cleanliness of the restaurant. 😊 I really like that most of the common cookable meats are out on the salad bar as well as vegetables, appetizers, all the sauces, fruits 🤤 all readily available to everyone - so you can easily get more. 😉 I highly recommend trying the beef belly, beef rib finger and marinated short ribs each cut was tender and flavorful. The cheesecorn, shrimp tempura, tofu soup and baked mussels were delicious side options and cooked to perfection. 😊💯“

“This flame broiler was a good experience today. Food was fresh, tasty, and competently prepared. The chicken had a little gristle, but not too bad. Everything else (beef, onions, rice) was great. Service was reasonably friendly. Restaurant was clean.

Let’s talk about sauce. Sauces were behind the counter, but the cups were filled up AND given out generously. This makes such a big difference. Thank you.“

“I was craving the black bean noodles but didnt want to drive all the way to KTown. This place hits the spot. Good quality and flavor. Fresh ingredients. Not too salty or oily. We also tried the Shrimp Fried rice which was 10/10. The sweet and sour pork was served separate from the sauce which is perfect because then it doesnt get soggy. The pieces were perfectly fried in clean oil (you can tell if its been sitting around...these were made FRESH!). And best of all, the gentleman at the counter is always SO friendly! Definitely worth a trip even though its in a food court, don't knock it.“

“I've always wanted to come here and I'm glad I finally pulled the trigger. I can't believe it took me this long because I'd be a frequent customer many years ago if I had come sooner.

This restaurant opened over 40 years ago in the 1980s. They have not changed their seasonings or recipes since then. A lot of their sauces and kimchee is made in house (and has not changed in over 40 years). This is probably the best Japanese BBQ experience I've ever had and I've had A LOT of BBQ experiences.

My favorites are items you typically cannot get anywhere else. Their raw beef liver sashimi and their raw minced beef are amazing. It's really hard to find these creations. If you like liver, then you'll be an instant fan. If you're a little squeamish then you can always grill it a bit before you eat it lol

Their cuts of meat are also a league above the rest. I loved them all! Their wagyu tongue, negi tongue, gokujo kalbi, tokujo ro-su, and pork belly are all worth writing home about.

They also serve vegetables and salad to go with the BBQ. We also tried their yukkejan soup which is their spicy beef soup. It was very tasty. Savory and not too salty. Very well balanced. I'd eat this alone on a cold rainy day.

The ambiance is busy with moderate noise. Lots of Japanese locals were there that night and were simply having an amazing time socializing.

“Ko Ryo Jung Restaurant is one of my favorite spots for Korean BBQ! The AYCE is very affordable, and the quality of the meat is surprisingly good for the price. Everything tasted fresh and well-marinated, and there were plenty of options to choose from.

The servers are friendly, attentive, and quick to change the grill and bring refills. The whole experience felt welcoming and comfortable.

Plus, there’s free parking, which makes it even more convenient. Great value for the quality — I’ll definitely be back!“
