“I heard the combo breakfast burrito is good here. Had the right ratio of bacon, sausage, cheese, eggs, and breakfast potatoes. It was good (not great) but what made it stand out is the spicy sauce that came with it. Took it to the next level!“
“I have been coming here for over 25 years, and I have never left disappointed. Their live crab is the bomb and their spicy fish soup is the perfect finisher. They do get busy on the weekends so be sure to plan for that. Otherwise, put on the plastic bib and hammer away with their wooden hammers and eat the most succulent Dungeness crab that you have ever had.“
“I love the shrimp fajitas I highly recommend it I've been going there for about 3 years now and the worker there is really nice out so sweet she welcomes you and and your kids she says hi making sure everything is okay with us food if we need anything else“
“The food is great. The restaurant is clean. The service is FAST. (Out in less than 5 min) Only reason they don't get 5 stars is Their credit card machine asks for tip. Now I don't mind tipping but, geeez if I don't check my bag to go I don't get napkins or even a fork. I tipped and almost walked out without utensils ect. Also this is new, they took out their sauce dispenser so if you don't check your to go orders, no sauce, napkins or fork. That's disappointing.“
“Spent day walking around the Pier looking at the awesome ocean and boats. Came across the Crab House the selection was great but pricey. We had the fried fish muscles clams and fried shrimp. Everything was so good the view was awesome and the service was good. We will come back on our next visit to the beach when we want to take a break from the Valley.“
“This is probably the most popular place to get your lunch at from students and faculty at El Camino College. Every meeting I'm at around lunch time I see someone eating from Mr. H. I really love their spamasubi and their miso soup. It reminds me of my high school days when people would sell spamasubi from their backpacks. The place has a few tables and chairs to sit on if you are looking to dine in or wait for your food. Cool thing about their service too is they have a buzzer for when your food is ready. Sometimes it takes a little long to get the food to come out but it's always hot and ready to eat when they do.“
“Arrived less than an hour before closing but they weren’t busy so they invited our party of 5 inside after seeing our hesitancy outside the front door. I wish I got their names but they were incredibly hospitable, helping us figure out how to best enjoy the dishes we ordered (we’re still learning about Korean cuisine) and were really accommodating. And everything was amazing!! We got the ox bone soup with beef brisket, mul naeng-myon (cold noodles with beef and pickled radish), haemul nok-du jeon (korean pancake with squid and shrimp and clam), and the spicy galbi-jjim (braised beef short ribs) which was our favorite.Highly highly recommend, can’t wait to go back!“
“Was in the mood for Korean BBQ and came across this place nearby on google maps so decided to give it a try? Went with a group of four people, and this restaurant has set menus which was very convenient. Ordered the beef and 8 kinds of marinated pork belly set (Family Combo 2 that feeds 3-4 people) and this set came with a large stew hotpot also. We thought we would have to cook the meats but Casey, our awesome server came by and grilled the meats for us as we ate the grilled meats off the grill. A couple soju and beers and this made for probably the best meal on my cali trip?? The service, the marinated pork, and the stew was both filling and delish. Would highly recommend.... 5stars ??Parking: Parking available right in front of restaurant“
“Galbi, Corn Cheese, and Soju just make the perfect night out ! Kko Kko Yang is literally the hidden gem for amazing Korean BBQ in Gardena! I can't believe I only found out about this place recently and I've lived in Southbay LA all my life! We got their brisket and galbi which was so tender and delicious. They have so many good sides such as their steamed egg, soybean soup, kimchi pancake, and banchan, and we even ordered some refreshing cold noodles on the side. My favorite part was pouring the corn cheese in the galbi and letting it sizzle on the grill! This place is known for their gopchang, aka intestines, but they have so many unique cuts of meat here to grill! We tried their gopchang, daechang, abomasum and beef heart as well, and the staff really knows how to cook these cuts! Nothing was overly chewy and it's hard to find places that can do this right. Definitely recommend checking them out the next time you want a delicious and different KBBQ experience!“
“Today I was craving wings and this was the nearest restaurant to my job. I am not your typical chicken lover if I don't crave it then I don't want it. I came in during lunch hour and got the lunch special. The wings were very meaty and extra crunchy. It was flavored perfectly with the secret sauce. I got the 6pc bone in wings and it came with fries and a drink. I will frequent again in the future.“
