“The ambiance was intimate but lively. Great music playing in the background.
The service was great- Nina was so kind and offered great suggestions.
The food was robust with flavor and a generous portion.
The chicken bites were crispy, a little sweet and tangy.
The Jollof rice with crispy catfish was cooked to perfection. It came with black beans (delicious!) and sweet plantains.
The burger was good but definitely worth skipping and trying other menu items.
The house lemonade was so refreshing and not too sweet.
Overall wonderful experience. Will be back!“

“I did not realize that this is the same family that owns Aunt kizzy's in Malibu The food was very good The owner came over and greeted us He was very personable the waitress was very nice
Our first visit on Monday I ordered the smothered pork chops with succotash which was very tasty on Tuesday I ordered the oxtails mac and cheese and cabbage and very tasty“

“Absolutely the finest Soul Food. You don't want to skip this place. I had the lunch portion of the Oxtail and chose the Candied Yams and Mac and Cheese as sides. It came with 2 Cornbread Muffins. It was all delicious and filling. I ordered the Coconut Pineapple Cake for Dessert. It filled the container. See the picture. Totally Recommend this place.“

“I enjoyed their food...I didn't particularly care for the instant mashed potatoes... had I'd known that they were "instant" and not real mashed potatoes I would have passed on the instant mashes potatoes, and definitely not ordered that particular item with my 3 ( three)to go orders. Other than that..everything was good and seasoned just right... :)I support this business, and I love that they are also an organization that is helping men and women get back on track with their sobriety.. Dare U To Care Grill is helping to keep them gainful employment and also helping them establish stable housing.Everyone deserves a second chance...Dare U To Care Grill is doing great things!! I prefer to support those who care enough to help and give back!!“

“Good food, sometimes a little too salty; especially on the turkey chops, my favorite. Also, whoever answers the phone to take orders, I know, make sure you have your order ready, but he was rushing me off the phone. I had to call back to make sure he got my order correct. “Best BBQ hands down! I have been getting my Que for over 3 years now. So much they know me by name and my order. I'm a no sauce person and a lot of places can't deliver that "wow" effect when it comes to seasoning. But Rowes seasonings is to perfection. All the sides are fire, my favorite is the potato salad. Plates are well portioned, for a great price. And we ain't gonna talk about the Peach Cobbler??. Gotta get there early tho, because by 3 or 4 some food can be sold, that's just how good it is. No cap, I have business I do bi weekly in the area and I never leave without going thru and grabbing a plate. Keep bringing that ? Que Rowe I'm a customer for life!!!“

“It was my first time, and I already can't wait to go back! Love the chicken and, of course, the waffles. Thank you for not serving a tiny ball of butter with the huge waffles ( why do restaurants do that )? The greens were my favorite part of breakfast! Yes, greens for breakfast!“

“Absolutely loved the chicken and waffles! The chicken was fresh and moist. I also ordered the lemonade iced tea and that was so refreshing. Hot sauces were perfect too, they had flavor and enough heat. My favorite sauces from left to right as seen in picture.
Spent about $20 each person not bad because although it doesn’t look it, food was very filling.“
