“Update: I wrote a bad review for this mistake but Starbucks owned up to their mistake and fixed the situation. Thank you for reaching out and making things right! I change my rating to 5 stars! ?????
Ladies, yall are hard workers! There is no doubt about that. Today yall dropped the ball with this one, I know this morning was super busy and there was a lot going on trust me I use to work at the concession stand in the HP Pavillion for the San Jose Sharks and I've done super busy grand openings for groceries stores. But no matter how busy it was I always made sure that the costumers order was right. My coffee didn't taste right, which I didn't mind because of how busy it was so I understand maybe they rushed to make it ??♀️. But what upset me was the fact that I ordered a venti and they barely gave me any coffee! So I tell my son to go back in there and ask them if they can please fill the rest of the cup and he said the lady told him "that's how the drink is made!" Now when he told me that I was furious! Because I go there all the time and I order the same drink EVERY TIME! and NO! THAT'S NOT HOW IT'S MADE! I'll upload the photo but man I was so angry because I was humble enough to wait there for so long and be late to work just to barley have any coffee! I took two sips and the coffee was dang near gone.“
“I normally wouldn’t leave a review for Starbucks, but the customer service we received was phenomenal! The barista that helped us, Sage, was efficient, kind, considerate, and she really knew her stuff! She took the time to explain the differences in new items we were trying to order and she helped make sure we got the best bang for our buck. It was clear she was familiar with every single menu item and knew which combinations went well together. Thank you, Sage, for your amazing service!“

“I can never say bad things about Starbucks! But I will tell you this. This particular Starbucks is a above and beyond in customer service and on the coffee's they make. YOU CAN FEEL THE ❤️!!! So I do recommend this particular shop 100%.
Parking: The parking is somewhat hard to find in front of the actual Starbucks. But there's plenty in the shopping center.
Kid-friendliness: Starbucks is always good for kids because it's a fun little environment. They can get there not so hot hot chocolates and their vanilla bean Frappuccino!!!
Wheelchair accessibility: The shopping center itself has plenty of wheelchair parking, But there's one or two spaces in front of starbucks itself also!!!“

“I want to give a special shout-out to Jaden for making my high-protein drink with no sugar, substituted with vanilla sugar-free syrup and sugar-free foam. He made my drink absolutely delicious, and I greatly appreciate the time and attention he put into it. His care and detail are especially important to me because I’m dealing with an autoimmune disorder that can easily cause inflammation. I appreciate how well he made my drink.
Unfortunately, I’ve had bad experiences in the past at this location, where my drinks were poorly made or just not tasty. It was essential for me to call the store and let them know what a wonderful job Jaden did, so the crew members can continue to make delightful drinks just as ordered. This restored my faith to coming to this location.“
“Sara is the best! From customer service to every drink that we ordered were great. She was working alone and was very friendly. The drinks came out very good.. the best that I've had at a Tracy Starbucks. I would give ten stars if I could.“
