“Update: I wrote a bad review for this mistake but Starbucks owned up to their mistake and fixed the situation. Thank you for reaching out and making things right! I change my rating to 5 stars! ?????
Ladies, yall are hard workers! There is no doubt about that. Today yall dropped the ball with this one, I know this morning was super busy and there was a lot going on trust me I use to work at the concession stand in the HP Pavillion for the San Jose Sharks and I've done super busy grand openings for groceries stores. But no matter how busy it was I always made sure that the costumers order was right. My coffee didn't taste right, which I didn't mind because of how busy it was so I understand maybe they rushed to make it ??♀️. But what upset me was the fact that I ordered a venti and they barely gave me any coffee! So I tell my son to go back in there and ask them if they can please fill the rest of the cup and he said the lady told him "that's how the drink is made!" Now when he told me that I was furious! Because I go there all the time and I order the same drink EVERY TIME! and NO! THAT'S NOT HOW IT'S MADE! I'll upload the photo but man I was so angry because I was humble enough to wait there for so long and be late to work just to barley have any coffee! I took two sips and the coffee was dang near gone.“
“This is one of my favorite Starbucks. I always order caramel macchiatos with extra caramel and add-ins. I have never had to have a drink re-made!!! The staff is super friendly and it's a nice quiet place to do homework! Great job Staff!!!
Vegetarian options: They have plenty of options.
Dietary restrictions: They have healthy alternatives.
Parking: Horrible parking!!!!“

“I can never say bad things about Starbucks! But I will tell you this. This particular Starbucks is a above and beyond in customer service and on the coffee's they make. YOU CAN FEEL THE ❤️!!! So I do recommend this particular shop 100%.
Parking: The parking is somewhat hard to find in front of the actual Starbucks. But there's plenty in the shopping center.
Kid-friendliness: Starbucks is always good for kids because it's a fun little environment. They can get there not so hot hot chocolates and their vanilla bean Frappuccino!!!
Wheelchair accessibility: The shopping center itself has plenty of wheelchair parking, But there's one or two spaces in front of starbucks itself also!!!“
“The drive-through line can be long sometimes, but if you order ahead and go inside, it's fairly quick.
You're in, you're out, hello & goodbye
Parking: Sometimes, it's best to park across the way by the little market and just walk from there. Especially when the cars for drive-thru are backed up.
Wheelchair accessibility: Parking spots for the disabled right in front.“
“They are super friendly...would give 5 stars except their online order system keeps saying they are out of the product I consume. They aren't actually out, it just says they are and since I'm assisted by use of a walker, it means I have to stand in line to get my drink, which is difficult.“
