I LOVED the chocolate one! It was amazing, and it paired really well with a cup of cold milk. Dulce de leche was so so SO sweet, that’s a reason I was about to give 4 stars. I expected a better blend of tastes for this one, maybe less sugar and sweetness from the cake since dulce de leche is sweet enough. I am by far theeee pickiest person and was a bit nervous the entire planning of the wedding due to not physically being in LA until the weekend of. Due to still being on the east coast we could not even conduct a cake tasting. Thankfully cake monkey worked with me and set up a cake tasting packet for my sister in law to have.We fell for two flavors and could not chose 1 (German Chocolate & 9” Choco Malt). We decided to do a mixture of both flavors. When i tell you the day of my wedding the cake was not only simple, elegant yet beautiful (my theme) but ABSOLUTELY delicious. The way they mixed these flavors to where one did not overpower the other, but still gave you a pleasing and addictive want for more was just wonderful. I am very grateful for cake monkey and their professionalism, talent, and patience with how the run their business. Thank you guys very much.“

“We love Half Baked! We discovered it, ironically enough, just months before I was diagnosed with Celiac in 2016. Luckily, they have gluten free options a plenty. Of all the gluten free bakeries nearby, they were THE most affordable for wedding cakes. We collaborated with Natalie who was with us from day one. She is wonderful - so understanding and supportive. Half Baked's execution of our vision onto 3 elegant cakes was lovely and classy. The GF spice with cream cheese was the best - our very favorite! There were some unfortunate issues with the other two cakes, but Natalie assisted us thoughtfully and ultimately provided us with an ample solution. We have loved Half Baked since we discovered them. We highly recommend them for events or anytime, especially if you need delicious gluten free options that won't break the bank!“

Waited an hour and a half, finally went in to see what was going on and our order was never made. (Computer mistake) which I understood so then I asked to have our order to go.
