“The staff here is amazing and kind and compassionate. For my 21st birthday me and my fiance went to universal then got dinner and I had a drink. Our reservation was for 7 but they were able to seat us as soon as we got there about 6:30 which was amazing after a long day at universal and Disney the day before.
Our server was fantastic. He was great help in picking my first drink and I felt so safe and comfortable. He kept coming to check on me and make sure I was doing alright (I'm a light weight and I got my buzz pretty fast) he was patient and empathetic. My husband got a free fountain drink and refills for being my DD and we got to apply his military discount.
We did not get appetizers or dessert but we did get the rancho burgers and I had a margarita. All together it was only approximately 56 dollars before tip. We tipped almost 22% (our server really looked out for us) And we spent less than 68 dollars.”

“I'm a regular customer at Firehouse subs . Firehouse Sub has amazing sandwiches they're roasted tuna is to die for. Firehouse subs blows every other sandwich franchise out of the waters. I highly recommend it on my friends family loved ones people he wanted to get Sims go to Firehouse subs.”

“Normally, the food into this kind of parks is not the best. But the burgers here are tasty. This place is a good option. I ate the clogger burger and I recommend it.”
“Since it was kinda hot, I purchased the wild cherry slushie and a sprite. The slushie itself was pretty good and also a decent size. It cooled me off while I sat in the shade. They do fill it up to the rim, so just be careful while holding it.”

“Stay away from this hotel! Our experience in one of their rooms left me sick and completely ruined our trip. The room reeked of mold and dust, had poor ventilation, and severely affected my health. It made my breathing difficult, worsened my allergies, and caused lung issues. I spent nights coughing, congested, and unable to sleep. We couldn't adjust the air or heat because the forced air smelled strongly of mold and mildew, leaving us either too cold or too hot. To add to the discomfort, the windows were covered in condensation. I felt sick and exhausted the entire time we were in that room, and it only got worse as time went on. But it wasn't just about the room. We were in town for a comedy festival, excited to attend shows featuring top headliners. However, our anticipation turned into disappointment. I fell ill during the first show, had to leave one early, and missed two entirely. Unfortunately, the tickets were non-transferable with no refunds, resulting in a significant waste of money and missed opportunities for once-in-a-lifetime experiences. Choosing this Hilton seemed logical, being one of the closest hotels to the main venue. However, we were shocked by the low quality of the room, especially considering it was on the executive floor. Although they moved us to a slightly better room on the last day to salvage some sleep before our departure, it was too little, too late. Our entire trip had already been ruined. While most of the hotel staff provided excellent service in the restaurant, at the door, and front desk, the poor quality of the room's environment was not their fault. The only issue we had was with the decision to assign us that room initially, the delay in moving us, and the lack of a refund for the entire stay. We ended up losing both money and experiences due to the room making me sick. Beware! You never know if you'll get a decent room or a sickening one at this hotel @hiltonuniversal”
