“a late night beacon , fosters donuts is an oasis . i decided to go for a drive , nevermind it was 11 pm . up the 2 til it ended is where i ended up not sure how its just as it was . with out any other cars on the road it was easy to decide to take a look around this lil highway end town . glad i did because it was the lights i spotted first , lit up and sparkling , fosters donuts . i saw a few groups of people in the window which is always a good sign , a trusted establishment. once inside i immediately noticed that the cases were relatively bare except for say the random cinnamon roll or a few twists . luckily i noticed the racks in the back , full of fresh donuts ! i asked for one of the nearest ones , a cake donut . divine ! crispy outside soft warm inside , pleasantly spongy and very cakey . ive been to three weddings this summer and none of the cakes were as good as this . one of the best $1.80s ive spent this week . as LA slumbers fosters makes magic . i will be back very soon !“

“Donuts are very soft and fresh. I might go here once a week when I am working nearby. Donuts have a certain airiness that you don't usually find elsewhere.

Family running the place is very nice and there are a few tables if you're gonna eat inside. I've not had their other menu items, just old fashion donuts, sugar and regular coffee.

If you're in the area and are craving a good donut then I'd definitely recommend this place.“

“Their donuts are freaking amazing. I bought it at 11am on Sunday morning (No Doubt or Maroon 5?), kept it in the box until Monday morning, in which we ate it at 7:30am. It was still so yummy as if we just bought it. The Old Fashion was still crispy. The glazed donut wasn't as glazey but still yummy. Chocolate frosting was definitely chocolatey.

Have ordered a few times since and think I’ve found my favorite donut/breakfast sandwich place in LA. Everything is always super fresh even if I order at 3 in the afternoon. “I tried this place out while I was in LA and I've got to say hands down the best korean hot dog and mochidonut I've tasted. Their cookies and cream and Nutella donuts hit just right. “We love Donut & Sandwich Station. The staff is awesome and they always have the best fresh sandwiches. Another great thing they sell are papusas and the cortido and salsa that comes with the papusas is deeeee-licious! I love their croissant sandwiches. They're so fresh and the sandwiches come with pickles, jalapenos, lettuce and tomatoes. I usually get no tomatoes because I'm allergic to tomatoes. Definitely a great place to come and grab a bite to eat!

I would place captions to my photos but every time I do, nothing is saved. This has been an issue for more than a few years with Google Maps.

“There are KFC, Dunkin Donuts, and Taco Bell across the street, but when I was traveling and wanted to go to a place I couldn't eat in Korea, I came across this place that was clearly visible on Google Maps.
They are as friendly as usual and the bread is delicious.

“My husband and I just bought a house in the neighborhood and were looking for a place to grab a quick sandwich and pastry before going to our closing meeting.

The two young women working inside were SO welcoming. Truly, you would think they knew we were soon to be neighbors to the store. The ambiance inside is clean and bright, with a well-stocked display case of fresh donuts near the counter and several coolers of various beverages (a good selection, too) across from it.

Our order was VERY freshly made and prepared quickly. We also ordered a freshly squeezed orange juice and a cup of drip coffee and took it to go. The sizes of the sandwiches are very generous (pics don’t do it justice, but I’m only holding HALF in the photo) and it was so tasty! Fresh, crisp, and flavorful.

This donut stop is a MUST. New to the area, so not sure if it’s the norm, but any New Yorkers should get bodega vibes from this stop. Will absolutely be making this a regular stop for my family.“
