“The Western Bacon burger was great! I had never eaten at Carl's Jr. Restaurant Every! I must say as far as fast food diner's go I have eaten at many of them but that burger was the best I have ever had. What a huge plus with the deep fried onion rings on that sandwich was very delicious.“

“It was just so crowded and I'm never a big fan of people yelling out my name or my number. But honestly other than that the food was amazing. I mean I was hungry and I had a sausage egg McMuffin with a hash browns and coffee and it was super good.“

“I bought 12-piece mixed chicken and they were very juicy and flavorful even till the next day after they were microwaved. Each piece was much bigger than what I would get from KFC or Popeye. The owner was very friendly. The store atmosphere was what you typically would experience at any fast food restaurant but the food was unexpectedly delicious.“

“A day in particular when I went there was Tuesday, October 11th, 2022. I ordered their $5 Biggie Bag and a free meal with a coupon. I have been on disability for over a year and their Biggie Bag and free meal deals do come in handy on my strict food budget. Their two self-serve fountain drink machines have very good varieties to choose from in regular and in diet options. Plus, they also have Dave's Lemonades which I'm so curious to try some day soon.

They did a good job in remodeling their restaurant.

BUT ....

On this particular day, I asked for the restroom key so that I could wash my hands first before I ate my meal. I was given the key for the # 1 restroom. When I opened it, there was a nude homeless man in there bathing himself!!! He must have snuck in there in-between dining patrons!! I notified the management about it! They need to do a better job of monitoring their visitors.

I finally got the key for the # 2 restroom. When I opened it, it stank like the previous person who used it REALLY DID A # 2! ??

Their restrooms need to be well-ventilated. One of their self-serve fountain drink machines ( the one on the left ) needs to be repaired. And their two ketchup dispensers don't dispense.

Update: Sunday, October 16th, 2022 @ 11:36 a.m.

I had just finished eating breakfast here. I asked for the restroom key so that I could wash my hands before leaving. I was handed the key to restroom # 1. I opened the door only to find out that there was a black man sleeping in there! I don't know if he was the same one from 5 days prior. I reported it to management.

I don't know about this place anymore. ??‍♂️ It has started to get bad. ?

Update: Since August 2024

They now have better control of how customers can have access to their restrooms. ? I don't believe that vagrants can sneak into the restrooms in-between customers anymore. At least, I haven't seen such a problem any longer since they escort each paying customer to an available restroom to unlock the door for them. ?“

The chicken is not always there, which is bad when you live far and NVR EVER want to go to Georgia, which I was forced to give ONE star to. ? What I love about Redwood is when there's a problem with my order, the Mgr is more than willing to fix it. They have fish that I can hardly get because it's screaming ? tasty! The area? Watch your surroundings. Their Pot ? Pies are excellent. I'd recommend especially when it's cold because they're hearty. ? ?“

Like it was so good and I’m usually a picky kind of person but he went above and beyond to satisfy my stomach and my request… the only one who provides the best customer service is Josue .“

“Well this time I didn't have good experience at this McDonald's I went to the drive-thru and I ordered a large soda and a Oreo McFlurry with extra Oreo and whipped cream and extra whipped cream well I got charge 60 some cents extra for the whipped cream or the extra whipped cream and he insists the guy be at the window He was Arabic or Indian I don't know He insisted that he gave me extra whipped cream cuz it was on the McFlurry itself No extra whipped cream will be on the side but he argued with me and told me I was wrong he was rude and I'm proud of myself because I didn't say anything to him cuz I had a bad day and I probably would have yelled at him and it wouldn't know went well he set me off a little bit but he was wrong in several ways I just wanted to share that with you if anybody else has had the same experience at the same guy You know let McDonald's know thank you,...... “Placed my order online asked for no pico and no red cabbage and it's in there. No chips with the meal and the quesadilla was like rubber. I know it's fast food so I shouldn't expect much but come on taco u need to step your game up.“
