“THIS!!!! Is the place!!!! Bartenders are amazing here (shoutout Rocky and Lindsey!) Food is INCREDIBLE here. Idk where to begin??? Must gets: fries (fresh!!!!) onion rings (crispy and seem home made!!!) mozz sticks and sliders were fantastic as well. I’ll be back to try the most popular fish n chips. We ate and drank (& sang!) our way through a very fun karaoke Sunday night hosted by Monty who was a blast!! Looking forward to trivia Mondays starting here in August!!“
“Cool little bar, not a lot of room, but I think this is the type of spot you pop in on the way some where else so not a lounge type of bar. We met up with friends here before a concert and its was nice. Bar tenders were very attentive and made sure we were taken care of while we were there. I ordered an espresso martini, superb! Almost got another one but didn't wanna go overboard before the concert.“

No judgement for morning or midday drinking. You can disappear for an hour or two before you face the world. Not a family place and not a restaurant. Dimly lit and cozy.

“Very cute hole in the wall or what you would call a dive bar! Very small and intimate definitely a good place to go if there's just two or three of you not really a place for a large group. They have some tables as well as a pool table, the drink selection is well-priced you can get a beer and a shot for 9$ which is amazing definitely not top shelf but for today's economy it's great also Mari is amazing ❤️“
“Great venue for concerts! It’s relatively small allowing you to be closer to the artist on stage. There’s a bar, seats available and an outside patio area. Speakers can get super loud so I’d suggest bringing earplugs if you have sensitivity. Just saw Author & Punisher this week 🦾 and Youth Code earlier this year ⚙️ 🙌“

“O’Grady’s in Granada Hills is the kind of spot you go to for a good drink and end up staying because the vibe is just right. The energy’s great, the music’s always on point, and the drinks definitely hit the spot.
But let’s be real , she is the real star of the show is Courtney behind the bar. She doesn’t just pour drinks, she makes the whole night better. Quick with a smile, sharper with a comeback, and she’s got this charm that makes you wonder if she’s mixing drinks or just straight-up magic. I came in for a cocktail and left wondering how someone can make bartending look that good.
If you’re looking for a place where the atmosphere is fun and the company is even better, O’Grady’s is it. And if Courtney’s working? Let’s just say you’re in for more than just a great drink.
First time I have ever been but last time I will look for a bar! Ive gone back 4 nights in a row hoping courtney is working... she needs more days on!!

I'll admit, I didn't expect to fall in love with El Potro Bar. At first glance, I thought it might not be my vibe, but boy was I wrong! This hidden gem has become my regular haunt, and for good reason.
The real stars of the show are bartenders Alejandra and Raquel. They're two of the kindest, most attentive, skilled and attractive bartenders I've encountered in ages. Their warm smiles, quick wit, and expertly crafted drinks make every visit a delight.
Sure, the atmosphere might be laid-back and slow-paced, but that's exactly what I've grown to appreciate. No pretentiousness, just genuine hospitality and a cozy ambiance that makes me feel right at home.
Alejandra and Raquel know their stuff, always willing to offer recommendations or whip up something special. Their passion shines through in every pour, and it's infectious.
Don't let the slow pace fool you - El Potro Bar has become my favorite spot to unwind, catch up with friends, or simply enjoy a perfectly chilled beer.
*Recommendations:* Come on Thursday and Ask Alejandra for a bucket of cold beers!

“I came here on a whim after wanting to avoid the crowds at Zebulon. Honestly this bar is a hidden gem, and thank god it hasn’t been flipped upside down and turned into condos. The outside is a neon lit heaven from the 1960s. You enter and the staff are warm from the get go. There is a left and a right side to the bar: The right side is a sizable dance floor complete with a gigantic disco ball, Dj booth, a couple leather booths, and panther sculptures. They played disco and funk this very day and the crowd was diverse and cool. The left side is the bar where there a probably 5 or six extremely comfortable retro leather booths. They have a great tequila selection but you can also order a $4 Tecate. My kind of joint full of vibe that i can’t wait to try again!“

“OK. The staff are awesome. If I’m in Echo Park, OBVIOUSLY, I am gonna stop by Little Joy. Sometimes Tina DJs and she plays stuff like China by Red Rockers and that is just amazing. But what keeps me coming back is Wednesday night karaoke with KJ Jonathan. Every Wednesday from 10:30pm to 1:30am, KJ Jonathan brings his awesome, sweet, hilarious sensibilities to Little Joy and makes all your karaoke dreams come true. Like karaoke? You owe it to yourself to call in sick on Thursdays and make it happen. DO IT.“

I absolutely love this classic Hollywood rock bar — Boardner’s by La Belle is one of those rare spots that still captures the real spirit of old-school Hollywood nightlife. The energy, the history, the crowd… it all hits perfectly every time.
Originally, I wanted to go see this up-and-coming hot DJ named Zulan, but the show had already started by the time I got there. So I made my way over to Boardner’s instead — and honestly, it ended up being the perfect move.
The Depeche Mode / The Cure DJ set was off the hook 🪝 — pure vibes, wall to wall. The tracks took you straight into a 90s alt-rock movie atmosphere. The lighting, the décor, the crowd… everything was electric, and the people were cool and welcoming.
After Boardner’s, I made a quick stop by Lucky Strike for one last cocktail on the walk back to the Hilton Garden Inn — the perfect way to close out a Hollywood night.
Boardner’s is one of those places where you walk in, grab a drink, and instantly feel like part of the story. Whether you’re into rock, goth, alternative, or just appreciate a bar with real personality, this place always delivers.
Highly recommend if you want a true Hollywood night out with music that hits your soul.
