It’s close by and everything is always fresh, no matter the time or day. The 🥐sandwiches are so delicious. The donuts are the best donuts I’ve had in years. I’m a foodie! I’ve tried so many spots but I’ve never been hooked like this little joint.

But after some reddit reading and persuasion from my bf, I bought a box of donuts. Quite expensive for donuts personally, but it was totally worth it!! The donuts are so fluffy. The texture is insanely good. The ones with filling are stuffed to the brim. So worth the cost! And the calories! Tried french cruller, glazed, chocolate glazed, raspberry filled, boston cream filled, peanut butter and jelly filled, along with cinnamon sugar. All of them were so amazing and they tasted so fresh!“

“Mike at Mama Donuts decorated our donuts as a turntable for our daughter’s 50th birthday. It was a vinyl record party theme! The donuts were amazing! The decor, the taste. Have ordered a few times since and think I’ve found my favorite donut/breakfast sandwich place in LA. Everything is always super fresh even if I order at 3 in the afternoon. “This spot is seriously one of the hidden gems around. The food is ALWAYS fresh, stacked, and made with care. Look at this sandwich, thick egg, fresh avocado, crisp vegetables, quality bread, everything balanced perfectly. You can tell they don’t cut corners here.

But honestly, the best part is the people. These ladies are some of the kindest workers I’ve met. They actually remember me and my order even if I haven’t been there for weeks, and they always treat me with genuine warmth and respect. That kind of service is rare now. You don’t feel like “just another customer” here.

The shop has that old-school neighborhood feeling where people actually care about their regulars. Great food, great energy, hardworking people, and consistently good service every single time.

The entire atmosphere was very comforting and the staff were very kind. The donuts smelled very fragrant and warm. When I got home I had a raspberry jelly donut and I was absolutely blown away. I have NEVER tasted such a perfect donut in my entire donut eating life lol. The donut had a perfect amount of glaze, the raspberry jelly was sweet and tasted fairly real (not artificial) and the donut was super soft and delicious. I highly recommend checking them out.“

If I bring anyone a donut from here they ask where they're from! Sweetest couple runs it, very mom and pop classic donut shop. Make the drive if you're not close by, it's so worth it.
