“Maybe it’s because I usually go in the mornings but this evening at about 8pm. The short young lady working the walk up window seemed disinterested in the job and the customers. Barely any words said, when I picked up my order, no words just her resting face.
She wasn’t wearing a name tag
But compared to all the others there, she leave a sour taste in your mouth.
All the others are so friendly and amazing and it’s the reason why I get out of my car to order

As usual however, some corpo freak wants a bigger bonus so they obviously cut back on labor costs. Prepare for a wait, and don't come if you're in a hurry. The workers do their best, but you can't make a million lattes with just 4 peopleSchultz, you are a piece of mierd a. Pay workers what they're owed, and stop cheaping out on labor costs. You're messing with the customer experience just so you can have another Rolex or something. Stop it.“
