“My girlfriend and I come here almost every time we’re in LA. Their happy hour is 3-630 and I highly recommend the happy hour mini tacos. The drinks are affordable and pack a punch. The service is always top notch. Isabella was great and the bartender Will is so knowledgeable and full of great recommendations. We will always be back! ❤️“

“Hands down my favorite bar. We discovered this bar while working on the Fox Studio Lot and have become regulars ever since. The Mozzatini is to DIE FOR. And the bartenders are just so nice. This bar doesn’t have the pretentious feeling most bars have in Los Angeles. I will continue to be a regular for as long as it stays this way. But really, try the Mozzatini. Its so so good.
Parking: There’s always parking off from Pico, but you may need to walk a few minutes. Just check both sides of the road. And don’t park in the neighborhood, you will get a ticket.“

“I stopped by HiHo Cheeseburger in Marina del Rey around 3 p.m. on a Saturday, that magical hour when parking is neither impossible nor easy. The restaurant shares a gated lot with REI, which kindly validates two hours.
Inside, the vibe was steady but calm. I ordered the HiHo Double and fries, which arrived in a leisurely fifteen minutes, a dignified wait for 100% grass-fed, grass-finished Wagyu. The burger, though smaller than an In-N-Out Double-Double, was excellent: melty cheese, slow-cooked onions, and crisp lettuce. The fries were fine, but McDonald’s and the BK Lounge can rest easy.
At $10.45, HiHo is in a higher price category than In-N-Out and Shakeshack, but of comparable quality of taste. Worth a visit, but not at the top of my LA/OC burger rotation.

“Nick the Greek is hands-down one of the best spots to take hungry college kids when they need a hearty, satisfying meal that doesn’t break the bank. The portions are generous, the food is fresh, and the flavors feel like comfort food with a Mediterranean twist.
The menu is full of options, from classic gyros and souvlaki to falafel and bowls piled high with rice, meat, and veggies. Everything is made fast but tastes like it took hours, which is perfect for students on tight schedules (and even tighter budgets). The fries with feta and garlic are always a crowd favorite, and the baklava makes the perfect sweet finish.
The atmosphere is casual and welcoming—great for grabbing a quick bite between classes or sitting down with friends after a long day. Plus, it’s a place where picky eaters and adventurous foodies alike can find something to enjoy.
If you’ve got college kids with big appetites, Nick the Greek will fill them up without emptying your wallet. It’s flavorful, affordable, and always hits the spot.“

“My family and I LOVE Pomodoros. The foods and service are amazing and it’s reasonably priced for dinner. I love the interior design, I just wish there were more soft surfaces to absorb noise, as it can get kind of noisy in the restaurant. They recently reopened for lunch, but with the same menu and prices as what’s available for dinner. Prior to Covid they offered soup with meals and entrees were a little cheaper and smaller during lunch than during dinner. It would be amazing if you could bring a version of that back. I would go all the time for lunch if it was different from dinner in some way.“

“Love this place but today I had the wings and was very upset.Wings were barely warm tasted like they were not fresh. Buffalo sauce was almost tasteless. Like I said I love this places food but the wings were not on par with all the other food I have gotten there.“

“Such a Phenomenal Spot!! The atmosphere is amazing; the whole concept with the beer/wine is brilliant and well-executed. The food is delicious and has a wide variety of choices on the menu (perfect for everyone). Very reasonable pricing (very inexpensive especially for the quality). Literally everything you could want or think of is here -- there's even board/card games. Events are hosted! Wish it was closer to me because we would come every weekend! 10/10 RECOMMEND!“

“David was absolutely delightful. Wonderful conversation. There was a managers meeting happening in the floor which felt off. And in the middle of helping guests someone in the meeting asked David to turn on the TV on. Concerned about the companies priorities over the guests at the bar where both TVs were both on. Overall good experience.“

It's so cool that you can follow right from the tab.
There's an explanation attached, but it's hard to choose, so I asked for a recommendation, and they asked me if I liked IPA, etc.
Since I wanted to eat something refreshing, they recommended 2 types and were very kind!!
I bought it and ate it with other food, so it was a good idea.“
