“All around great restaurant“

“For a small take out poke place, this was great. The fish was fresh, and all the ingredients in our poke bowls were well thought out. We had the mango albacore poke bowl and the shitake chili tofu bowl.

Lots of people came and picked up takeout. They do have two small tables in the front on the sidewalk. I would definitely get their poke bowls again. Not much atmosphere needless to say.“

“It looks like most of the poke here, with the exception of the California roll (imitation crab) and tofu poke, use the same type of fish. Everything is well seasoned and delicious. We ordered two regular portions and were quite full.

I ordered the Hawaiian chili flake & Spicy with white rice and Grandma's pickles. She went with the Shoyu and Spicy with Grandma's pickles and opted to for the seaweed salad. Be aware there is upcharge of you decide to opt out of rice.

The love to get into this place was about to minutes. The staff is friendly and fast. There is a small counter and some tables right outside to eat at but it seems like most people take it to go. They will start running out of choices so get there early.“

“Last week I was traveling through LA on my way to Santa Barbara. I had some time to kill so I looked up Poke. Came across this amazing place! I am admittedly new to Poke. The staff took good care of me and I wound up having such a hard decision. I think the spicy Poke might have been might absolute favorite. I can’t wait for my next trip to LA so I can stop there again!“

“This is one of the pricier poke places but for good reason. Their tuna and salmon is wild. They have lump blue crab and toro and hamachi. And many more. Several kinds of fish eggs. The choices are the best in LA when it comes to variety and quality and that’s not even starting on sauces. Truffle mayo. Furikake rice. So many options and so good.“

“Lulubowls is absolutely delicious. As someone with Celiac, it’s so exciting to find a place with 100% gluten free menu options. This is the first time I’ve had potstickers in probably 10 years!The food is delicious, so full of flavor, and has great portion sizes. My partner and I both got the peanut butter teriyaki bowl with the bamboo rice and added pineapple and peanuts. Can’t emphasize enough how yummy they were! We also got the Impossible potstickers and the avocado Mac salad. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you, lulubowls!!“

“This is my second time ordering from LuLuBowls (one was on postmates), but this was my first time ordering directly from the LuLuBowls website directly (honestly a much better, and streamlined experience).The food quality is superb, I would like to see a larger portion of rice (or the meat add on) in the bowls in the future. The food feels “clean”, not greasy, and is light enough to make you feel satisfied without feeling like you ate too much. The bowls I tried, were all bursting with surprising umami flavors! The chicken katsu on garlic noodles was a knockout - the chicken was incredibly crispy and flavorful, and the noodles were perfectly garlicky and addictive. “The green salad and fried shrimps lacked the taste, which sounded mediocre. However, the macaroni one and dumplings (I forgot the name) were okay, while the yakisoba was tenderly good. “I love this place. I go almost at least once a week. The employees are wonderful. I have never had a bad or sad poke bowl. Everything is fresh. Trying to stay on the healthy side, I order small scoop of rice and all the sides they offer except for wasabi. My eyes are bigger than my stomach, but I have always restrain from getting the large. Two scoops of protein, which consist of tuna and salmon. A lovely alternative to fast foods. I highly recommend Mono Poke!“

“I just had this place for the first time and i had the chicken katsu with noodles and macaroni. And it was ok. Not bad but not good. Only when it comes to the flavor. But the way it was cooked was very well done. 👌
The portions in my opinion were good. Full plate. And the man that attended me was very good as well. Respectful and took my order how I want it. I hope this place does well and the only improvent that it needs is the flavor. I know they can be better in that aspect. I always want to support local business.“

They can get pretty busy and the fresh food goes quick.
