We love It's Boba Time.
It' started with a Korean boba franchise.
What we ordered
~ Tiger Sugar Milk. Non caffeinated. Great for kids. Asked for 75% sweetness and it was perfect. Not overly sweet.
~ Strawberry Banana Smoothie is good and perfect blend. More on creamier side
~ HoneyDew Smoothie. Not overly sweet.
BOBA is yummy, chewy and good. One of the best bobas out there.“

“Chakaa Tea House is one of the best boba spots in Oxnard and I say that as a boba enthusiast. The cashier Annika was really nice and made the whole experience more fulfilling. The mango cheezo boba I got was splendid. I would definitely return in the future even though I live in Glendale!“

“The restaurant is located in a nice shopping area. The foods taste very authentic (at least for a Torontorian from Canada where there are hundreds of similar restaurants in town 😄).

“Second best doughnuts next to Krispy*** not. Rolling Pin Doughnuts. Ha, you thought I was going with KK. Nope. Rolling Pin all the way. Spudnuts gets second and will always be my first choice because it's way closer. Thank you Spudnuts you get first place because I'm lazy and don't like to drive in Camarillo.“

“Delicious chewy boba! I had ordered the jasmine milk tea with sugar boba and pudding. It is my go-to at every boba shop I go to. I ordered it with 25% sweetness. It was perfect!!! Not too sweet but enough
For a light dessert drink. I love working in different coffee and tea shops and there are plenty of seating here. They also have free WiFi available.“
