“Stopped into Luv ‘n Eat Thai after work. Staff was friendly. Service was fast. Food was delicious! Loved that they had a happy hour special for appetizers, entree, and drinks. Many people in placing / picking up take out orders and as time wore on it got busy for dine in as well. Would definitely recommend!“

Was visiting my friend who lives near THE COLLECTION in Oxnard.
We love It's Boba Time.
It' started with a Korean boba franchise.
What we ordered
~ Tiger Sugar Milk. Non caffeinated. Great for kids. Asked for 75% sweetness and it was perfect. Not overly sweet.
~ Strawberry Banana Smoothie is good and perfect blend. More on creamier side
~ HoneyDew Smoothie. Not overly sweet.
BOBA is yummy, chewy and good. One of the best bobas out there.“

“Chakaa Tea House is one of the best boba spots in Oxnard and I say that as a boba enthusiast. The cashier Annika was really nice and made the whole experience more fulfilling. The mango cheezo boba I got was splendid. I would definitely return in the future even though I live in Glendale!“

“Second best doughnuts next to Krispy*** not. Rolling Pin Doughnuts. Ha, you thought I was going with KK. Nope. Rolling Pin all the way. Spudnuts gets second and will always be my first choice because it's way closer. Thank you Spudnuts you get first place because I'm lazy and don't like to drive in Camarillo.“

“So good! I tried the coffee flavored crepe cake and it was delicious 😋 I needed a pick me up for the evening and it gave me enough sugar for the rest of the night! 1st time at this location and they were BUSY! Grateful to have gotten a slice before it was sold out too!“
