Upon my visit I was delightfully welcomed in and in my opinion shows that they mean business. Of course the menu options are great and whatever you decide on will be of good quality and tastes. Good and friendly service along with a nice clean modern atmosphere and great menu, what else is there.“

“I was charging my Cybertruck when I decided to stop in to a little quaint place known as the Pan Kitchen. Now the food was alright, but what really stood out to me was the exceptional service of my servers Rania and Izzy. I made sure to ask their names after their wonderful service. “This place is great. I’ve been here twice and wish I lived closer as I would come far more often. In fact my second visit happened because we were driving down the 101 and said, “hey we are near this ice cream shop, let’s get off the freeway and go there. “. I mean when do you ever get off a moving freeway in California, because you’re driving by an Ice cream shop! But that’s how good this place is. Calling this place an Ice cream shop is a little unfair though, as there stand out is their shaved ice. This is not the shaved ice we all grew up with... Granuly, with flavored multi-colored sugar water poured over the top. Instead this is a preflavored Ice that they thinly shave off of. The shaving are so thin it’s not like eating ice, but rather a smooth velvety dessert. I got the strawberry Ice over Black cherry ice cream. But they have about 10 different Ice flavors and about 20 different ice cream flavors to try. I would recommend you come and try their shaved ice.“

“Nice and cozy boba place. This one is in the Thousand Oaks Mall, first floor close to the food court. Kids said their drinks were tasty. They ordered strawberry mango boba smoothies and lychee smoothie. They drunk up everything. Recommended for people who like boba drink. Cheers!“

“I love love love this place. The drinks are delicious. My favorite is the superfruit tea that contains fresh fruit. Sometimes I just get a plain tea lightly sweetened. They use really high-quality teas. When I'm in the mood for a sweet treat, I like to get either a Thai tea or strawberry matcha with strawberry boba. I'm working my way through the menu. Everything is so good. Fresh teas and fresh fruits make them really stand out. They also have lots of jelly and boba toppings to choose from. The snacks are also quite tasty. The tokoyaki is good. I also always check out the snacks at the counter. Sometimes they have really great Asian pastry snacks. Depends on the day. But it's always fun to check out what they have. The staff are really nice, and the place is totally cute. There are stuffed animals and toys for sale. The stock changes, which makes it fun to look around. Great for gifts! My boyfriend also really likes this place.“

“The best!! Came in with some friends, not expecting to get anything. The (owners I believe) were kind enough to let me sample my friend’s drink separately since I had never tried boba before. I ended up ordering something completely different, but I asked the lady for something lychee and sweet. She went above and beyond for us, & the drink was absolutely perfect & exactly what I wanted. We ended up laughing & chatting a bit with the workers & the customer service was just top notch & down to earth. Will only be coming back here for yummy drinks now!“
