I have contacted the W. LA 2 time about this problem. I ordered on 7/15 and realized i scheduled it for 7/16, i called the restaurant, the woman over the phone said she cancelled it, i reordered it online, the delivery was done. the next day i got a text from door dash saying a driver was on the way to the location to pick up my order. I called the restaurant and they said they had no order, the driver also confirmed the order was canceled via text message. I had been waiting for the refund to post to my account and 10days later there is still no refund, no response from Zankou. I called the restaurant again this morning and spoke with Jaime and he insisted i needed to call doordash, doordash has no number to call, when you click help, it says to contact the store. this is a lot of money and i need to know how i am going to get it refunded when i have been sent in circles? this is the only way of contacting the company, no phone number, no one responds to the contact us form, no confirmation emails on orders. We go to Zankou 2-3 time a month, from the west LA location. I've ordered catering for work multiple times and we have never had any problems before. thats what makes this so hard to write. we have finally heard word there is going to be a zankou in the south bay and are family is very excited.

“Came in for the first time a few years ago because I was interested in the "twice-fried noodles" (tsuivan)... was instantly hooked. Everything here is just produced with so much attention to detail and served with such charisma. Highly recommend, also try the salted milk tea 😁😁“

I like to get their food and then take it home with me so I can heat it up on a pan, a little bit healthier, but if I’m in a rush, I will have them heat it up for me. “I’ve never seen this done before. So let’s see if they’re pretty good eh or ew. There are pretty much two things on the menu, schnitzel tacos and sandos. I got their sando combo and You can either customize your order with all the daily fresh made in house ingredients or be like me order it crazy and just trust the chef. Which you should cuz my man AC knew what he was doing and made me a super epic sando with plenty of perfectly pankoed crispity crunchy thin schitezel, crunchy cabbage, pickled onions to add some bite and acidity, and creamy, nutty, hummus. Which was all on this super fresh, pillowy, slightly sweet, chewy challah bread. Everything worked together super well and was really yummy. The schnitzel itself could’ve used a tad bit more salt and seasoning tho. And since I ordered the combo version it also came with fluffy potatoey fries, crispity savory fried eggplant, and a panaply of sauces. The thinner orange sauce was a tangy curry flavor, the thicker orange one was pumpkiny? But my fave was definitely the green one which was super garlicy and yummy. All of them paired well with the meal too. The value here is insane since everything is so big, fresh and yummy. This place is pretty good

“This place is by far the BEST salad spot I've been to in years. There's always parking at ground level, right in front of the restaurant. Usually super short wait to be served. Staff is always friendly, welcoming, efficient! Ambience is clean, minimalist, modern. Great place for a quiet retreat and a refreshing healthy meal. I've also had their salads delivered. #1 organic greens and dressings!“

“This was our very first stop in Los Angeles, and honestly, Benny’s Tacos set the bar impossibly high for everything that came after.

The bowl was absolutely surreal, fresh, flavorful, and perfectly put together. But the real showstopper was the burrito. I’m not exaggerating when I say it’s the best burrito I’ve ever had in my life. The combination of pinto beans and carne asada was pure perfection, smoky, tender meat with creamy beans wrapped in every bite. The kind of thing you think about long after you’ve left.

“We were hungry after leaving a show, and randomly found this pizzeria. We walked in and were pleased to find a warm and cozy little place with some open tables. Ordered a Margherita Pizza with the addition of artichoke hearts and a Greek salad. Both were delicious, and we were impressed by the generous size of the salad, which was served in a beautiful wooden bowl.
Dominic was running the show by himself while the restaurant was experiencing a rush of to-go orders as well as some walk-ins. He was very friendly and helpful and provided us with a pleasant experience. This place is lucky to have this guy! We would definitely go back if we find ourselves in the area again.“

The best part is my area has brick and mortar stores where I just walk in and buy my meal prep for the week...Meals cooked in a local kitchen by real chefs with local fresh ingredients. I'm busy all the time and although I love cooking it's hard to cook for just one person. The majority of meals are 600 calories or less. An easy way for me to stay in my calorie deficit. Monthinga is good although pretty mild for my taste. More than decent warm mushy tofu. One of the best Nangyithoke. Complementary sago pudding is great too. We didn't have the time for dessert so they packed it for us. Can't recommend them enough.“

I order my food and a cucumber drink. My order was ready fast. But instead of the cucumber drink, i wanted to try their water melon. So i asked an employee there if i could switch and guess what…. he actually switched it for me with no issues at all. His name was Joe. I don’t know if he will see this, but i still have to say Thanks Joe! you really made my day.
