“This place is sweet, but understaffed. Our server was awesome but overwhelmed. There was already a couple of other people eating, a line 5-deep, and DoorDash orders but she was the only one working. She apologized profusely but everyone understood.
Apparently management only has one person scheduled at a time. Maybe it is just week days. Who knows? Management should rethink this strategy. With sufficient staffing customer satisfaction would increase, not to mention employee safety.

“There's a young lady by the name of Brandy she works in drive-thru every time I go through drive-thru or even dining in she is so pleasant and happy all the time she really takes pride in her job and you rarely see that these these days she is an awesome worker and have a wonderful personality she really should be manager or assistant manager because that young lady is always on her job I sit there and watch her sometimes when I come in and she's always happy and doing everything what a smile on her face just wanted you guys to know she's an awesome worker
Wheelchair accessibility: It would be nice if you guys had a TV for the children and for elderly people“

“Excellent place to have coffee gelato yogurt so glad the owner brought it back. Love the favors and the owner is very sweet and friendly.“
“Customer service was excellent...You can sample their aguas frescas and the staff are efficient and professional. Natural and refreshing flavors for the aguas frescas and the food was delicious (I got a tostilocos and a thirsty redbull). Will definitely be coming back!“

“This is great tasting ice cream! Lots of flavors. The staff isn’t the friendliest. And I sort of wanted to leave but no one was charging me. Thus my Ice cream was melting. Not sure if they always do this or it was the one time. I will be back. Already told my friends about.“

“the ham and cheese always hits the spot, with or without jalapeños is a must try. the donuts are soft and delicious, it's the perfect spot to stop on the way to Vegas or back home.
