Patio also has nice new matching set of quality woven lounge chairs, couch's, tables, & chairs. Location also has regular tables and chairs along wall.

Cool vibe in Old Town Tustin.
I make a point to stop by for a delicious Spanish Latte every time I go to see my son and daughter-in-law. I highly recommend if you like cinnamon. They usually have some sort of danishes, cinnamon rolls etc. Everything I’ve had has been very tasty. Some seating inside and outside.
They recently added a little market with a very eclectic range of products you need to check out.
I really like to support small businesses and this one is definitely worth supporting.“

“As far as coffee shops go, this place is definitely on the right end of the spectrum. First of all, THANK YOU to whoever is responsible for selecting the music. With jazz playing at a very respectful volume, I was actually able to enjoy my experience without noise canceling headphones. The ambiance is wonderful, slightly old-timey with lots of owl-themed decor. The chai was delicious, but I wasn’t impressed by the iced banana bread latte, which was slightly bitter and a bit watery. The drinks are pretty pricey (I paid $16 for 2 smalls), but I can honestly overlook that because of the incredible customer service we received from the older gentleman at the register. There was also an employee with a mustache who I found was equally dedicated to excellent customer service—really appreciate this! Also, great corner location. Coffee shops like this are hard to find nowadays. I highly recommend!“

“The pandan coffee was delicious! Very smooth coffee which paired well with the sweet pandan flavor. I also got the double matcha (very strong, high quality matcha, and creamy) and loved it. We liked that they make all of their drinks with oat milk. We will be back to try more of the menu for sure. Highly recommend!“

“Visited today for the first time. I admit, I was going in thinking I wouldn't like anything. I ordered the avocado toast and the 16oz cloudy coconut cold brew. Both were absolutely delicious! The bread was lightly toasted with wonderfully green avocado slices and just the right amount of balsamic. The cold brew was the right balance of sweet vs. coffee flavor. I caught a glimpse of this toast with blueberries on top, it looked so yummy!! 100% coming back to try it.“

“I came by on a hot day, and I was thirsty. The nice reviews from Yelp caught my eyes. I love the minimalist decoration in this coffee place. They are pet friendly as I saw pet owners bring their dogs in. I asked the barista for recommendation. The barista was very patient and knowledgeable about their coffee. She recommended the big island latte and collagen crush. The big island latter has macadamia nuts flavor to it. It reminds me about Hawaii. The name is the perfect match of this coffee. The collagen crush is a health choice. They also offered a big package for purchase that we can brew it ourselves at home.

Came by again in 2 weeks, and the coffee came o it as good as the first time! Great quality control! Will continue to stop by if I am in the area.“

I've gotten different dishes here, including the ham and cheese croissant (my kids' favorite), the sausage croissant sandwich husband's favorite), breakfast burrito, carnitas torta, and most recently, the pollo milanese torta, and all have been delicious. The breakfast burrito, although smaller than the one served at John's Place, is filled with meat, not potatoes, and is less expensive. My two favorites are their carnitas torta and pollo milanese torta, which are large enough to share or you can save the other half for another meal.

Regarding the customer service, Mari, who is such a ray of sunshine, remembers frequent customers' orders. However, all the staff I've interacted with have been accommodating and efficient.“

“Absolutely! Here's the updated version with Stopped by Hopper & Burr and tried the Cavendish — a chilled banana milk espresso made from scratch. So smooth, naturally sweet, and perfectly balanced. “soooooo good!! the coffee is very strong and has a lot of flavor and when paired with the thick cold foam it makes for a great afternoon treat. syrups are strong in flavor and they don’t skimp out on toppings. the drinks are aesthetically pleasing and have the necessary flavor and quality to back it up. small interior space and it’s a little hard to find as it’s tucked in the back of the mall, but worth the searching!“

“Whenever I come down to visit OC, I start each day at Hola Adios. Their food and coffee are amazing! This used to be the kombucha place back when I lived in Tustin. We ordered the Saja Pop, Matcha Protein Shake, Pumpkin Spice Spooky, and Peppermint Coffee Latte for drinks, along with the shaken beef frites and the Korean-style potatoes with Hot Cheetos, cheese, and sausage. The Saja Pop was definitely a standout, but the rest of the drinks were great as well. The beef frites were a mouthful of flavor and definitely a must-try if you are visiting. Huge shoutout to Khang for the recommendations and hospitality. The food does take a little patience, but it is absolutely worth the wait.“
