“I worked for the Forest Service and every summer on our way to fire assignments we would stop there to eat . even stayed in there motel . original bar that was saved from the fire . great place to eat and Stay . I highly recommend stopping here to eat or shop . love there stuffed olives.”

“Stopped in today and I got the Chicken burrito supreme, corn on a stick and my wife had the grilled chicken tacos. The burrito was very good and was of a size that you couldn't put the whole thing in your mouth, you needed to at least take two bites, so it was a good size. The corn was well seasoned and very sweet and juicy. The only thing that could have made the corn any better was if the kernels were larger. We will definitely be back and try out something different.”

“Pulled off the highway for an early breakfast and was pleasantly surprised by this hidden gem. I was greeted as by a friendly face and received excellent, attentive service. Later, I enjoyed a delicious steak and eggs with a rare three-egg plate at a reasonable price. My father ordered the same dish, and the consistency in quality was noticeable. We’re happy we stopped here and might stop again if we’re in the area.”

Also the cheese enchiladas are delicious! The mole sauce was so flavorful and the tortilla edges were crispy. Just a tip: ask questions!! “This place is excellent. There's a line every morning, but they move it along nicely, and usually, you don't need to watch someone buy the last of the kind of donut you wanted. Don't despair if you do, though, because your second choice will be just as delicious due to their consistent quality. But there's usually plenty to go around, and unlike other bakeries, they continue cranking out the pastries throughout the day! Very nice people who are working hard to provide their neighbors with tasty treats.”

Service: the service was amazing, considering the current state of fast food. These workers weren’t “tip hungry,” nor were they even pressuring me to spend a lot of money. Why do I even bother to bring that up? Because, that’s what I’m sort of used to these days when it comes to ordering food from a mom n pop.
You get folks who guilt trip you into leaving 20% tip, and establishments charging you insanely high prices, Etc. I’ve even had cashiers who were disappointed with my small order. But not this place! These ladies are so kind, I felt very welcome and happy. I’ll be back! Woo hoo!”

“For being in northern California the bartenders are super friendly, good old fashioned service I love it, just make sure you bring your ID I love bars like these but they tend to be a little rude, this one wasn't but always make sure to smile to your bartender in this part of California.”

“What a wonderful bakery. I went in and tried a few things and had to go back and buy more. The quiche is out of this world. I’ve tried 2 different kinds. The ham in the quiche is perfect. No fat at all. The sticky buns are the best I’ve ever had. So ooey gooey. My favorite pastry I tried was the bacon, green onion, and cheese scones. They are fantastic any time of the day. I ordered more for my freezer. The only bad part about this bakery is that it closes for the summer. I hope she’s open a few more days. I’m going back for more. The owner is so nice and friendly. I sat outside and had a Hawaiian Ice with her. Wonderful bakery.”

Found this restaurant on Google the service was really slow but I understand it was due to low staff not the waitress's fault. The food came out about an hour from when we got there, but overall it was delicious. I will definitely look passed the wait time because the food was that good? miches are on point as well.”
