The customer who was ahead of us wanted a to go bag, the cashier threw the bag at the customer. I don't know her name, had tattoos on both arms“

“Jersey Mikes has always been one of my favorite sandwich spots because of the best item on their menu, the Mikes Way Club Sub with everything on it! It’s been my go-to meal for years, and at one point on a weekly basis. The Giant portion size, Tuesday rewards program, and high quality sandwich they produce as a whole were all reasons which kept me coming back. As of recently, I’ve been getting their California Club Sub which is the same thing, but also features avocado. This past week I was humbled a bit, I didn’t particularly enjoy noticing the low quality turkey breast used on a California Club Sub I ate. It was very bland and lacked flavor. I honestly think that the turkey breast has always been somewhat bland and that I simply overlooked this truth because I was enjoying the salt & vinegar so much that I didn’t take the time and give any attention to the turkey. I may need to branch out and try the rest of their menu for a while until they can bring the turkey breast quality into fruition. The service gets no infractions and is consistently quality, they’re professionally casual. The dining experience is quite a standard one, there’s nothing to write home about, but again its goal is to be casual so just be sure you’re aware that this isn’t a typical sit down place, but rather a fast food styled atmosphere.

“I ordered 2 sandwiches on the app for pick up and on the way over I got a call from the store. The employee was calling to let me know they ran out of the bread we had ordered for both sandwiches, and wanted to know what bread we would like instead. We ordered close to close so not shocked at all they were out of the popular herbs & cheese bread. I was very impressed that she called to ask what we wanted instead! I work in food service so I know how annoying it can be to have to call customers lol, and not every employee is willing to do it, some people just wait until the customer arrives to tell them they’re out of what they ordered (or just change it themselves 🙄). So I do consider this simple consideration above and beyond service imo. The sandwich were delicious too 👌🏼
The chips were back down the hallway to the bathroom, which felt a little weird but there isn’t much room close to the counter so they’re just working with what they got.“
