An excellent spot for a first date or a family outing! Oh yah the customer service...I saw a lady drop her kids food...it was replaced within 5 mins from the manager. “I think this is ones of the better boba places in Pleasant Hill / Concord area. They have more than just drinks. I saw they have ramen and other side snacks.

I ordered a guava green tea, they didn't have just the guava green tea liquid (the ones just the liquid drink had lemon in it) so instead I had to get the blended drink one without the cheezma. The drink was refreshing and personally I would like the tea to be stronger, it was a bit watered down for me. If they had a stronger tea in this drink it would have been perfect and would have been a new favorite.

The interior is this place is modern and chic. A good amount of table but not great for big groups.

But, it is really frustrating that you guys put certain business hours, and then you guys aren’t even open during those hours. “This place has surprisingly good fried chicken wings. The breading is crispy and has this great crunch just get that sauce on the side(korean style is my personal favorite). The chicken they use is also fresh and comes out juicy.
The drinks are also good and you can ask them to adjust the sweetness.“

“It is a bubble tea shop located on a busy area right next to Todos Santos Plaza Concord. A lot of selections of boba milktea and some pastries. I ordered a caramel cream with boba and I love it. No waiting time as I went early after opening time.“

All of their teas are so yummy no matter what and they have such variety in all their flavors and a wide selection of toppings too. “I went to Boba n Me for the first time today with my husband and I loved all the different options with not just drink flavors but also the different types of boba as an option for our drinks. Me and my husband ordered one drink to share it was the brown sugar fresh milk boba with coffee jelly and it wasn’t awful but it was just way too bitter and way too strong and way too sweet all at the same time. The overall taste was just too strong for our taste buds personally. We let the employees know that the drink was way too strong and that we didn’t like it and if it was okay to change the drink without charge and they were so understanding and very sweet about the situation. I instead ordered the mango heaven drink and it was amazing!! Thank you Sid and Evelyn for being so kind and willing to remake me a new drink that I very much enjoyed. Will be coming again to try out different flavors! 😊❤️“

“I take my grandchildren here all the time. The Korean corn dogs are more reasonably priced than other places. The staff barely crack a smile but they aren't at all rude.

“Was craving Bingsoo and stumbled upon this place via Google Maps! Pleasantly surprised with all the other extra snacks and goodies available. We ordered the Mango Bingsoo with mango ice cream. It was drizzled with a mango syrup in between the layers of snow. The mangoes were perfectly sweet and ripe, and we found the pricing to be extremely fair compared to other places we've been to. We also ordered the taro milk tea with rainbow jellies and the lavender iced tea with no sugar. The colors of both their drinks were beautiful and they looked as good as they tasted! We came in the middle of an afternoon on a Tuesday, no wait, and the staff were very friendly.“

“Best Banh Mi sandwiches in the east bay for me. Been to a lot of places in the bay area and for me this is the spot. $8 for a sandwich. They are not like other spots that charge you for a different meat/flavor banh mi. I try to come here at least 3 times a month when I'm passing by because I don't live in Concord.“

“I've been to several Uncle Sharkii. But I have to say this location inside the Sunvalley Mall is the best!!! They know how to make Poke Bowls...the flavor is spot on. I order the same thing and when I compare this spot to the other ones it blows them out of the water. Customer service is amazing and quality is great!“

The ramen is amazing and all of their food is great and delicious, but the prices aren’t very friendly this is great and if your willing to spend money like you would be in a restaurant with a waiter and all then this place is great (the food is great!!!) but I say save your money and just get the boba and get food somewhere else. Still love this place to bits though! Restrooms have been closed for a while though if you really need to go just ask one of the workers and they might let you use the restroom.“
