“This is one of the best restaurants I have been to in a while. Their outdoor sitting in a quiet bylane is especially enchanting! All of the entrées we ordered were really delicious, but we especially loved their house fries and their potato leek soup, served in shot glasses. We are already looking forward to our next visit!“

Extensive wine list, tasty small bites, comfortable and elegant setting, attentive service...and truly best of all...the music was loud enough to add ambience, but low enough that we could easily talk and visit. The place looks and feels great, like you are in a special place. The staff is super nice and ready to help and chat with you. “I had the breakfast buffet. It is mostly pre-made with an omelet bar made to order. Food was great quality, seemed fresh. Milk or chocolate milk is included.. It is offered on Saturdays and Sunday mornings..Don't sleep in!! the breakfast ends at 11:00 a.m!!

Parking: There are a few street parking spots but valet parking is $30. If you are just dining you may be able to park in the lot temporarily?? ?

Igor Ivanov, the owner is extremely knowledgeable and the store contains hundreds of carefully chosen wines at all price points. We joined one of the wine clubs on offer, and month after month we are delighted by the interesting and special wines we receive. Our eyes have been opened to the world of wine in a simple and unassuming environment. Igor brings the intricacies of wine 'to (us), the people'!!

Note: It has been very interesting to meet the wine-maker Markus Niggli at two of the wine tastings in the store. Swiss born Markus produces wine in Lodi and gives occasional talks at wine tastings at Vinous Reverie. His own wines - sold under the name ‘Markus’, have been a revelation in themselves.“

“Ordered takeout for a Halloween evening treat and went with their classic cheese pizza. My mom, who is notoriously picky about her pizza, gave it a thumbs-up – no small feat!

The ambiance in the restaurant had a casual, friendly vibe, perfect for grabbing a quick bite or just relaxing. I was there a bit early in the evening, so it wasn’t too crowded. The guy at the counter was exceptionally friendly, making the experience even more pleasant.

Bill & Bali’s seems to have nailed the combination of great service and quality pizza, making it a solid spot for pizza lovers. Looking forward to trying more from their menu soon!“

“The food was absolutely incredible and very well prepared. The service however was less than satisfactory. The Server walked up after an "almost" irritating wait and dropped off water and said she would be back. After another now irritating wait, she comes back and says, "What do you want for dinner?" We both said, can we start with a drink? So, orders placed, drinks come just as it starts to become noticeably irritating, and she apologizes for the delay. The food arrives and is absolutely amazing. She checks back after dinner to see if we want anything else and then presents the check. We give her a give card with a very large balance which has been successfully used at two other nice restaurants recently. She comes back and says the card doesn't work and usually doesn't work for them as their systems are old and not up to date. Don't know if we will return, but the Chilean sea bass and the Steak Frites were amazing.“

“I went on Tuesday, March 14th, for my bday, and it was super delicious. The ribeye was cooked medium rare like I asked and seasoned perfectly. Honestly, it's the best steak I've ever eaten. The loaded garlic potatoes are a must. The shrimp was tender and juicy. The Lobster Mac n' Cheese was a 7/10, in my opinion. The service was great. For dessert, I recommend the Crème Brûlée. I heard good things about their Sweet Potato Casserole while dining in. Overall, it was one of the best dinner experiences I've had at a restaurant.“
