“How many restaurants in the Bay Area have an average rating of five on Google? This is the most understated and absolutely best restaurant in Marin. Why? What matters to me is the combination of unique and innovative food, service, and atmosphere. You can get one or two of these many aces, it's hard to find all three. Add to that that you get to sit at the counter and watch the chef prepare all your meals. And that there's only room for ten people every night. Chef Lance and Yo explain everything and the time just flies when there. We made the mistake of not ordering the caviar sampler. But when I saw how it was served to another guest, I knew I had to have it next time. You will not be disappointed.“

“We heard so much about this place, we came over from San Francisco specifically to try it out! What a perfect spot to have a taste of some amazing wines and an array of incredible cheeses and crackers. You walk inside and it’s a little shop with a bar counter on the right. “This is such an incredible wine bar! They have curated wine tastings that change every month and feature different countries. I was super excited when they had wine from Mexico! The wines by the glass also change so it’s always fun to visit. Every single staff member is amazing. They know their wine and can give you recommendations based on your taste! They have bottles of wine for every price point as well. I’ve never been disappointed. Bonus is they are very dog friendly!“

“Food was good as usual. Valet parking is a joke. One poor guy was both parking and retrieving cars six people deep on both ends. The tiny lot is right there in front of us. ie no valet even needed if keys were turned in and retrieved by drivers themselves. Stupid system. The valet liked it though, as he made more money this way.“

“Yesterday, my sister and I had the BEST table at the Iconic Spinnaker Seafood Restaurant in Sausalito - the at table at the far corner facing San Francisco! WOW - What a beautiful and clear day, with just a 'hint' of fog over the Golden Gate Bridge to the ocean side. The food was Fabulous - mine was a 'classic' "Crab Louie," with lots and lots of wonderful crab, and Tiramisu for dessert! Our servers were Alex and Francisco ("Francisco:))" who attended to our every need - even politely and notably giving extra time, as I was Determined to enjoy EVERY bite of my more than delicious, Crab Louie!! With a menu that is FULL of Classic Bay Area Seafood offerings, an Iconic setting and ambiance, and Incredible view of San Francisco Bay, Golden Gate Bridge and The City, I would change nothing about my visit! The brunch-type food is excellent, and the music and decor are individualistic and welcoming (check out the restroom too! Love the generous, relaxing spa vibe and the chandelier!). There’s a bowl of unique, handmade metal-and-glass kaleidoscopes to play with at the big table, and around a corner we got to meet a sweet little 18-year-old resident doggie named Twiggy. “Overall, it was a pretty enjoyable evening with a few dishes that really stood out.

We started with a variety of starters, bread, salad, and radishes, and I thought these were quite good. The bread was fresh, the salad was nicely put together, and the radishes were surprisingly one of the highlights for me. Everything felt fresh and well prepared.

The seafood/fish soup, unfortunately, was probably the weakest part of the meal. The smell was quite strong and lingered a bit too much for my liking, and it made the dish difficult to enjoy. Definitely not something I would personally order again.

The main course was much better. The chicken was nicely prepared, and the accompanying vegetables and pasta were flavorful and well balanced. Nothing overly complicated, but everything came together nicely.

And then came dessert — the bread pudding with vanilla was easily the star of the night! It was warm, comforting, and absolutely delicious. After a mixed experience with the soup, that dessert definitely ended the meal on a high note. 😋

Overall, Verjus was a good choice for a corporate dinner. The atmosphere worked well for a group setting, and while there were a couple of hits and misses with the food, there were enough good dishes to make it an enjoyable evening. And if you have a sweet tooth, definitely save room for that bread pudding!“

“Greeted by very kind and accommodating staff, we were originally a party of 3 which became 4 (1.5hrs later) then finally 7 (another 1hr later). They sat us at the back which was cozy and very relaxed then to the patio at the front when we became a larger group. We were probably a headache but they made all the accommodations effortlessly.

Wine: love the concept of being able to choose your own (selection displayed inside) or being served based on your craving. We enjoyed all the bottles we had, combo of chilled reds and orange wines.

Food: meat board, holy shit the prosciutto was delicious, so delicate and easy to eat, no chewiness at all. Really enjoyed the flatbread that came with it. My only complaint is the portion, wish I had more.

Overall, a great place for quality time and conversation. We never felt rushed. I almost felt bad for not ordering “enough” for such a big party.

For people that don’t leave bags behind (haha) our bartender was so warm and welcoming and easy to talk to. (Leni?) and they had a type of wine I have not been able to find where I live in Minnesota - I was so excited to see it, didn’t hesitate to order it, and it was perfection.

Cute little place with chill vibes, you could start or end your night here, or plan your evening around it. :)

“I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. I am a business owner a few doors down and I wandered in with a friend after work one night about a month ago. We were met with such incredible warmth from the staff and the environment itself, even without a reservation. We sat at the bar and were greeted by Josh, only to find out later that he is the owner. He made excellent recommendations on everything from our drinks to dessert. The bar didn’t feel isolated from the rest of the restaurant and guests, but rather was lively hub frequented by kitchen and serving staff and warmed by a smoldering wood fire. The coziest. We swooned for the poke appetizer, complete with house-made toasted, but not crisp, blue corn tortillas. The pork shoulder tacos—also to die for. I have to say though, that the star on the sidelines was the beans. I honestly didn’t know I could feel this way about beans…but I digress. Josh bounced around from table to table all night, never letting a single ball drop, making every guest feel like *his* guest. A pot de crème sealed the evening in perfect bliss. I’m back a month later with the same friend, eating different and somehow even more incredible entrees: ribeye, halibut and a rhubarb crisp for dessert. I scarcely ever take the time to write a review as I prefer to vote with my $ and my feet, but I simply couldn’t eat here again without taking the time to sing it’s praises. Eat here.“

“Choosing the chef’s counter at 7 Adams for my best friend’s birthday turned out to be the best decision, and it easily rivaled—if not surpassed—many two-star Michelin spots I’ve experienced.

From the start, the hospitality was exceptional; Restaurant manager Danny thoughtfully reached out beforehand to check on dietary restrictions. That attentiveness set the tone for the evening, where we were warmly welcomed the moment we stepped in.

Every course showcased remarkable palate precision, featuring innovative, unexpected flavor profiles that kept us captivated. To top it off, the portions were refreshingly generous—so much so that we couldn't quite finish dessert, though Paul kindly boxed it up for us with care.
