“Very interesting location being in KTown in a small strip mall (with parking!) and a block away from some hip bars like Lock & Key. There is also metered parking across the street but if you come late enough, it should be free. We came not knowing it was a vegetarian restaurant (our bad) but that didn't matter. The food was delicious nonetheless. Walking in, it feels boho chic with some sculptures and paintings of ancient beings (?). Menu is on the QR code where you can order and pay through your phone but the servers are there to help if anything.Squash Blossoms: Lightly battered, filled with ricotta, and fried with a pumpkin seed sauce that reminded me of satay sauce. The combo of cheese and sauce was a great contrasts. Comes with only 3 blossoms so kind of pricey for what it is but deliciousRoasted Cauliflower: Solid but I really like roasted cauliflower. Good portion and good proportion of cauliflower to sauceSpouting Brassica: Tangy and reminded me of the sweet chili thai sauce that you can get from the market. Fennel is not something I generally look to order but it didn't taste licorice-y maybe masked by the sauce.Jackfruit Barbacoa Fusili: The fusili was al dente, which is always great. Jackfruit felt like it was missing or lack the punch I usually associate with jackfruit. It's a solid dish though with the tomato and cheese sauce.Anderson Pizza: A bit too many conflicting flavors. Jalapeno + kimchee didn't seem to work for me. Pizza crust was good though but too many things going on and would've preferred a lighter pizza focusing on one flavor. They also specialize in wines. I got a cab but it was very light without much tannins, which was interesting. Tasty but unexpected.Overall, a solid meal with some hits, good and friendly service, and a cool vibe for a easy meal.“
“Great Food, caring and attentive wait staff and host. Everything we had was delicious, made with care, and unique and delicious pizzas. Will definitely be returning to dine at Pizzeria Bianco again ! The friendly, sweet, and caring owner greeted every single table and customer there, thanking them for being there and, asking us how we liked the food. Pizzeria Bianco is a one-of-a-kind gem in Downtown Los Angeles!“
“I absolutely love Bacari Silverlake location! Not only is the atmosphere incredible but the customer service is exceptional. I was just there for my birthday on Tuesday night and my server Kevin went out of his way to make it seem like a special occasion and helped contribute to making my night memorable! Thank you so much Bacari and Kevin!“
“Great slices and great customer service. Might be the best crust in LA. I heard they use something like 27 different flours or something wild. Whatever it is, the attention to detail really shines through. You can tell it’s special just looking at it, but biting in, it’s obviously special. Incredible flavor throughout. Can’t wait to try the rest of the menu. I’m even tempted to try some of the vegan stuff ??♂️“
“Super!! Had fantastic dining experience at this lovely Italian in West Hollywood. Roast risotto, baby beetroot with goat cheese for starters. Both excellent. Mains of Mushroom Pinsa (with great wild mushrooms) and lasagne. Dessert was tiramisu- totally top. Good wine list. Nice to see the Nebbiolo grape well represented. The people working here are so nice. I’m sure the management know how lucky they are to have such fine staff! In summary, I totally recommend this fine establishment. Suggest you make a reservation as it’s v popular and rightly so.“
“This place is a very famous pizza restaurant among locals. The pizza here is special. It has a classic yet trendy taste. I love pizza a lot, so I've tried many pizzas. Among them, the taste of this store's pizza always stays in my memory. Also, I highly recommend trying the anchovy pickles that come with the pizza. And you can order cake for dessert; I really enjoyed the Princess Cake. If you love pizza, don't hesitate and go to this store right away.“
“Vicky’s has easily become my favorite place to eat. The staff is very friendly and the food is consistently delicious. This is a great date spot, a place to meet friends or the go-to for take away when you don’t feel like cooking but want something that hits home every time. They have perhaps the best breakfast sandwich in all of LA and everything else on the menu is worth ordering. I highly recommend Vicky’s All Day because I could eat there every day.“
“We always love visiting Propaganda and this time was no different. The 4 Formaggi & Funghi is my new favorite pizza. This time we tried the boozy pandoro dessert and even 5 days later I'm still thinking of it. Can't wait to go back!“
“One of the most authentic and reliable Italian restaurant in Los Angeles. The food has been consistently superior and delicious. What makes it even greater is that it is never overpriced like some other pretentious eateries. I have been there many times and I will go there again!“
“Before we went, I read the reviews to find out the largest complaints and prepare for them. But actually our experience was pretty much perfect. We didn’t have to wait much at all (15 min) when we arrived at 7pm on Saturday. This was lucky. The queue very quickly filled while we waited. Some reviews said hostesses were unfriendly—not true at all for us. Others didn’t enjoy their pizza. But we ordered the Sicilian and white pizzas and loved them. They were even good after they cooled down. You should expect a hefty pizza though! It’s not a thin crust pizza. Between two people we had two pizzas and the Caesar salad. This was the perfect amount of food. We also tried two non alcoholic beverages, a wine and a beer. The beer is shockingly good and you cannot tell it has no alcohol. Everyone we interacted with was friendly. The person at the counter who took our order stood out. He was communicative, accommodating, and welcoming. This is a place I am sure we will frequent ?We left around 9:30pm and there was a long line out the door of people waiting. Reservations are recommended.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan options are available.“
“Best salad that I've had in years. Food was fresh and served by staff that really cared about us and our experience. The atmosphere was relaxed, clean, and welcoming.Vegetarian options: Large selection of vegetarian options. Staff was also happy to make other dishes, like call zone, vegetarian for us.“
“If Italian restaurants in Italy can have a gluten free pasta option then so can Bacetti. Time to get with the 21st century. Other than that, the atmosphere was amazing, as was the wine by the glass selection. Don’t bother trying to find street parking though, go straight for the valet—I wasted 10 minutes thinking I’d find something. Gratuity of 20% is included in your bill but expect average LA service that will provide service at their convenience.“
“Our kids’ band was playing at the Paramount upstairs and we had time before the show to eat - O M G ? the Cherry Bomb pizza, lemon pepper wings, DILL ranch, hibiscus margarita- were all incredible! It was so good that we came back the next day and ordered the same items to go. Great atmosphere and delicious food - thank you!“
“Chicago Style Deep Dish is definitely one of the best pizzas I've had and they are always on time with their orders. If you're willing to wait a bit till you get your pizza it's definitely worth it. Specifically the Griffin is amazing and the Main if you're looking for something with traditional toppings. Service is always nice and have no problems with them whatsoever. It's a cool touch considering that in the morning it's a bakery and later in the evening it turns into a pizza place. I would definitely recommend coming here.“
“The menu at Bestia features a tantalizing array of modern Italian dishes, expertly crafted with locally sourced ingredients and innovative techniques. From house-made pastas and wood-fired pizzas to savory meats and seafood, every dish is a culinary masterpiece bursting with bold flavors and artistic presentation.“
“Without a doubt one of the best pizzas in town. I have tried the variety of Diego's pizza recipes and he nails it every time. Support this local small business, you won't regret it. And by the way, his Chicago deep dish is going to blow your mind.“
“Best pizza in LA cause it's from Italy duhh Best stuffs around just maybe use the real buffalo mozzarella or have it available on pizzas - I just get the worst farts from your fior di latte ... you know so like maybe put a ball or 2 in that kitchen for all your lactose intolerant folks - also it's more Italian anyway Forza azzurri and thank you“
“Visiting LA and so happy I found this restaurant! Amazing food!! Had the Broccoli and I would come back to LA for that alone. The Gluten Free crust was delicious, friends who are non GF had no idea. 10/10!! Make a reservation as it was pretty busy.Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free“
“I love this pizza , I costume made mine , is price but I don really care I treat my self ones a months my pizza usually cost 25 dlrs because I put so many toppings , but I love it !!!! And the service omg amazing thank you for making do happy went I eat your pizza !!“
“Great place for a legit NY type of pizza. The atmosphere is great for adults and children. Location is prime. And the pizza was delicious. And they sell by the slice! Big slice!Kid-friendliness: There is a section designed like the NYC subway“
“If you're looking for a slice of heaven, look no further than Picasso Pie! This family-owned gem serves up some of the best wood-fired thin crust pizza I've ever had. And let me tell you, I'm a pizza connoisseur - it takes a lot to impress me!Not only is the pizza amazing, but the staff is cool and friendly, adding to the overall experience. The space is very clean and well-designed, giving off a hip vibe that makes you feel right at home.So if you're in the mood for a delicious pie with a side of good vibes, Picasso Pie is the place to be. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!Sean“
“Are you willing to work for your food? Are you willing to wait in a long line? If the answer is yes then please take the time to try Apollonia's. Their hours are strange and they are cash only in the restaurant but it's worth it.This is best thin slice pizza I have had in California. They also have incredible Detroit style slices. The pepperoni vodka slice is a must try.Very little parking.Parking: Very little parking. Small lot that is always full.“
“The welcoming was excellent by the manager and the flexibility to change from outdoor to indoor seating. The food was great. The steak was perfectly cooked and the octopus was tender and savory. The green beans were the exception to the excellence. They were too spicy and it tasted oddly. Manager made it right for us. Thank you!“
“Obsessed! Among a sea of fancy, loud pizza places in LA, Heirloom stands on their own merit. I drive quite a bit just to visit this spot. The pizza is fresh, balanced, and delicious, the place is comfy, and the owners are kind. My ONLY complaint is that they’re not open more often (I always crave them on Friday).“
“I recently dined at Jon & Vinny's Fairfax and was thoroughly impressed with the food and atmosphere. The Italian cuisine was top-notch and the restaurant had a great ambiance. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for delicious Italian food in a great setting. As the owner of a local print and video marketing business, I was also impressed with their branding and marketing efforts. As a token of my appreciation, I would like to offer Jon & Vinny's Fairfax a special discount on our print and video services. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us at our Beverly Hills 90211 Studios location to discuss how we can help take your branding and marketing to the next level.Thank you for a wonderful dining experience, Jon & Vinny's Fairfax! come to us too 8582 wilshire“
“Solid slice of cheese, crust was very good also. The very first time I got a pizza here, I was not that impressed because it was delivered and slightly cold already which made the pizza little soggy. I would reheat in a pan again for that extra crunch at the bottom. When you go there and grab a slice it's very good, perfectly reheated for you with a nice crunch.“
“Placed ordered pepperoni pizza with red onions and mushrooms 3 stars for mushrooms believe they're canned. Pizza has the right amount of grease, this pizza reminds me of Italy pizza at farmers market. The green salad amazing tons of veggies and nuts and queso. Great customer service. El primo ya c puede casar.“
“This place is was my childhood place to go, my parents would take us here and it was great. However, this was here in San Jose, Ca and unfortunately is no longer here used to be at story rd close to crossing street king rd the arcade was where my sisters and I would play while my parents were at the table watching us and talking grown stuff I guess ? so any time I go down to L.A. I make sure to stop by before I head back to San Jose since it only exists down there in different places of L.A. county the taste is still amazing and omg there fried chicken wings are the best like when I was a kid ? this time we stopped at Fontana, CA location ? and now my son is part of this amazing place ☺️ I wish I came to San Jose though “
“Really delicious, fresh pasta & fantastic service! Our water cups were never empty. We had reserved for a high top but they were able to find a table for us. They also were able to accommodate a picky child in our group and let us bring a birthday cake. Also, the cocktails and wine selection were very solid.“
“This place is amazing. They have extraordinary, innovative pizzas. I’m honestly blown away. The crispy edges on the crust are bomb, and the spicy oil they have is amazing. It has crunchy bits in it, peanuts and whatnot. And the innovation can’t be overstated. Read the menu. You’re not finding pizzas with these ingredients anywhere else. The place itself is a bit hard to find, tucked away in an alley. The art deco interior is charming. Please go here and eat the pizza. Or order the pizza online. Get it. Eat it. Try every one. Eat the pizza!!!“
“Very tasty and wide variety of toppings it's pricey but excellent.plenty of parking easy wheelchair /ADA Access no stairs prepared promptly even when busyVegetarian options: Ive eaten 3 vegetarian options and they were very good and I'm not a vegitarianParking: 30 spots even for sucks a trucks plenty o f room to parkWheelchair accessibility: Easy easy safe“
“I very rarely am impressed to the point of "I can't wait to come back and eat here again". However, Gio's stuffed pizza was so amazing that I am doomed to want to keep coming back here for more. Haven't tried the NY Style pizza yet but that too will come in time. However, that stuffed pizza has me hooked. Props and hats off to you Gio.“
“My first experience here was wonderful, we were seated about 2 minutes after walking in. After we were seated, our appetizers arrived immediately. They were courteous and our waiter made sure that our drinks were constantly full. Amazing tasting food and at the end a small slice of cake to compliment the experience. High recommended and I'll be returning.“
“Best dough, best sauce, best cheese, not greasy at all It’s a must go when my kids are visiting from riverside, it’s their favorite pizza and mine, best beef pepperoni, we go there at least once a month, unless I’m working close by Then it’s at least once a week!“
“Ordered through DoorDash several times and this place always hit the spot, always comes in hot still and crunchy. The crust is the best part! The Supreme and Pepperoni pizza are my favorite. The cheese breads are ok. Overall great food, good quality and decent pricing.“
“A solid, thoughtful, grounded sandwich spot. We only ordered the focaccia sandwiches and fries - father in law with Calabrian chilis, foul ball, and lovely guy fries. The owner is super friendly. Got us an extra seat from the back where there weren’t enough chairs and a neighborhood discount! The flavors hit all the notes - salty, acid, fat, heat. We will be back for more things! The menu is so expansive!“
“The food was absolutely perfect. We went for lunch, and brought a two year old. They brought delicious garlic bread to the table, of which the two year old ate three huge pieces before we had even ordered. We ended up ordering off the regular menu instead of the lunch menu. I had the clams with linguine in a white wine sauce. And a house salad with the dressing on the side. My mother had the world famous lasagna. Everything was Totally delicious. The service was charming and friendly. The walls are covered in posters and photographs of mafia movies. The wall that surrounds the kitchen is lined with Chianti bottles. We took a slice of the house made tiramisu home with us because the two year old had exhausted her restaurant charm, and was ready to go. We happily split the tiramisu three ways. What a lovely lunch.“
“I definitely recommend making a pitstop here when that pizza craving hits. Coming from the East Coast, I have high pizza standards, and the Big Kahuna with honey drizzle blew me away. And to top it off, the service was exceptional. Big thanks to the team!“
“Our favorite pizza place in L.A. out of more than a dozen we've been to. We always get their XL Flyin' Hawaiian which has pineapple, Canadian bacon, and (real) bacon bits. Also, their music is so awesome- usually reggae or something similarly upbeat and laid back. I'm always Shazaming songs while waiting for the pizzaParmesan and pepper flake shakers are usually on the tables but if they forgot just ask, they're really good. It's worth it to ask“
“I have to say it's been a long time since I've been in a shakey's Pizza mojos and the wings. I recommend not only thing that was a bummer was that they only had a few games. I remember shaking having a lot of games to play with family and the kids. But overall a very clean inside where the table areas the only thing. That we didn't like was when we were eating. They were cleaning a vacuum in the carpet while we were sitting at just hearing the noise of the vacuum cleaning. What we're trying to eat and relax with the family, but overall it was good.“
“Nice family owned business! I love the pizza here. The server is a nice young woman that always remembers us. Service is pretty good as you'd expect in a family owned business. There is an adjacent parking lot. I like the 80s videos they played on my last two visits.“
“Last night was perfect. Going to Pizzeria Mozza has become something of a family tradition after the Academy Awards. It has always been good but last night was exceptionally so. Everyone was in great spirits. We felt welcome. Our servers made excellent recommendations that all sounded great and tasted even better. Chicken Liver Bruschetta, not an ordinary go to, was delicious. Calamari Fritti was crisp to perfection. Nancy's Chopped Salad was ideal for 4 of us to slip. A beautiful place of Shrimp, baby eggplant with Zatar, hummus and Shug was warm and delightful. Pizza with mixed museums and a whole sauce and a red sauces birrata were perfect flavors for the exceptionally fine crust. Oscar night is special and so is Pizzeria Mozza. The room has also been redecorated since the last time I was in. It looks pretty and feels more spacious even within the same footprint.“
“We eat here a couple times a month, can’t go wrong. Every pie comes out perfectly. it’s fast, and ALWAYS good. Dozens of pizzas and everyone SINGLE one was perfectly cooked and topped. I can’t stress how impressive that is for a smallish craft pizza place. I really like the honey pepperoni pizza, Great spin on a classic Za. Keep it up thunderbolt!!“
“Great place, one of the best "chicago-style" deep pizzas you'll try around here. We got togo, it didn't come out as good after an hour. But you can tell that the ingredient quality is pretty good. If it still tasted good, I would've given 5 star. Great ambience as well.“
“This has become our goto shakeys. Staff is always so friendly. I made a reservation for this past weekend, and the manager Robert mentioned how full they were but was able to accommodate our party! Overall, it was a great experience for everyone. Thank you again, Robert!“
“A small inconspicuous storefront 2 doors down from Wise tires on LA Brea in Inglewood. Walked in and immediately swept up into a comfortable and inviting small space that was all Italian restaurant. The menu was large and prices were extremely reasonable. Food was prepared fresh to order and tasted like food at any of the finest 5 Star Italian restaurant I have ever eaten at.Delicious, wonderful, all made with fresh ingredients and flavor that overwhelmed the senses.I had the meatball sandwich lunch special, including chips and a drink. It came out of the kitchen completely filling the plate. I have a large appetite and could only manage to finish half of it. Huge portions! All of this for $12.95, you can't find a fast food equivalent for that price anymore, let alone fresh prepared like this.I was amazed at this hidden gem ?.No matter where you are, it is well worth a trip to Inglewood for some of the finest Italian food.“
“The only pizza that I'm willing to drive an hour to get. Hands down to their fluffy and airy Hokkaidough. Their mushroom magic pizza is by far the best. I also ordered their wings and they were delicious! Quality of ingredients were very fresh!“
“I was in town for just 24 hours and heard good things about The Elbow Room, so I decided to give it a try and I was BLOWN away! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by several people and got a table in the back of the bar. The menu was incredible, so I had a hard time trying to figure out what to order so I ordered a little bit of everything. The smoked wings were amazing, as was the pizza, shrimp and filet bites. The owner Lee is a great guy and would love to have you at his bar - you won’t be disappointed, I promise!“
“I’ve been here a couple times. Good service and ambiance with a convenient parking lot and some street parking. I have tried the veggie and margarita as well as the Mac n Cheese specialty they have on Sundays. They were all delicious. I didn’t expect the Mac n Cheese to be good but had to try it and was pleasantly surprised. This is my new spot for slices!“
“I like it here because everyone minds their business. It's close and the staff work every hard. My son wanted cake, I had no cash. He said he had $3 in the car for a piece. The staff waited for him to come back with the money and the slice of cake was so good.Kid-friendliness: The kids are respectful. No issues.“
