“It couldve been because I was early, dining in and the broth didn't develop a bitter after taste from over cooking, but it's been awhile since I've had good ramen. The champion ramen had a good mixture of wet and dry flavors. Chashu + seaweed had a subtle fish dry taste vibe which is new. Noodles were chewy and not clumpy mouth feel. Broth and ground pork were rich but not overly. Overall taste + texture was superb and especially warming during the winter. Also the waiter Rick is such a homeboy and service is amazing.
Last time I liked having ramen was when I was running around in an orange jumper. Hope the guys and gals stay in business.“

“Good amount of parking. Clean interior with plenty of seating. Server, Alicia, was very nice and accommodating. Ordered Popcorn chicken rice with egg, twice cooked pork, and shrimp fried rice. All the dishes were really good and also got a free tofu dish since our order was more than $50. Would come back again!“
“Updates-3/24/22. Still MY BEST WABA.Food tastes are great than any other waba places.Chef’s food is always steady. Also Server. Her name is Cecilia is very nice and professional about her work.I like to see people who do their work with joy and positivity. Restaurant work is tough. Service work is very stressful (IF U KNOW U KNOW) But she is always same moods with smily customer service. I want to give a huge credits for that.I am proudly say this is my best waba.Hopefully Owners know about this and keep maintained this great place continuously..Best WABA GRILL EVER.CHEF’s Cook is really great, and very kind employees. There are many WABA grills, but this is the only my favorite WABA.“
“I work a 9-5, so when I get back home, the last thing I want to do is grocery shop, prep, cook and clean. In the mornings, I'm always rushing out to beat the traffic, so I end up skipping breakfast and buying lunch, which has been adding up every month.“

“Largely decent experience, responsive to the customers, follow instruction or dietary request, as opposed to some of their sister joints. Wish they would substitute rice with veggie though, to which some others locations accommodate. It tastes like refrigerated veggie anyway. It’s not a little expense, and extra large combo, with a soda, could easily be close to an Andrew Jackson!“

“This is now our new favorite place. Wish I've known this place before. The food was delicious and generous. We had the Salmon Bento and Chicken Teri Plate. We loved it!!! It was a lot for me. I still have a lot left for dinner. Price was reasonable and staff were nice. Can be long wait but worth it.“

“First time here. The ingredients were fresh, though I'd appreciate some corn on the cob instead of just baby corn. Some tongs or ladles would be good for getting certain items from the pot. Potatoes and lotus need more cooking time than sterno flame can provide. Other than that the service was excellent and I love the coziness of the interior. However, hot pot for me should always have corn on the cob!“

“The Hainan chicken was tender and juicy, and the skewers were wel-seasoned!
The restaurant's interior is very cozy, decorated with plants and Chinese-themed items.
Ordering is easy with the QR code on each table, which is convenient.
This spot specializes in potato noodles, skewers, and Hainan chicken.
Combo #1 comes with two bowls of rice and soup, a plate of chicken, cucumber salad, and fried peanut. The rice is very fragrant and the chicken was tasty with the sweet and spicy sauces.
The potato noodles is very tasty. I will say the best one in LA. If you want to add more protein to the soup that’s good. It is also good for the original recipe. I absolutely love the numbing, peppery flavor of Sichuan pepper in potato noodles.“
