“This place is an alternative for melo melo. Quality wise and taste wise for the jelly are as good as melo melo. One thing I don’t like is the egg waffle because it wasnt not crispy. Other than that, everything’s good. Lots of parking. Service by server are friendly and didn’t take too long to get my food.“

“I went in on Tuesday, the new owners were in back of me. I was telling the cashier how disappointed my daughter was, we came in on monday and it was closed. “The cookies are always great. The employees sometimes stand around and ignore customers that need help using the touchscreen order pad. I have witnessed older people walk in, not know how to use the touch screen device, and employees just watch them struggle. Other than that everything is great.“

“This is an excellent alternative to Melo Melo literally it tastes the same but the refrigeration system here works a lot better so it's actually cold and not borderline room temperature like it is at Melo Melo. The only downside is the flavor selection here isn't as great so I hope they have more in the future and the place smells kind of stuffy and funny“

“New ownership, and I’ve been going mainly for their breakfast sandwiches and burritos. They put in avocado and have these delicious jalapeños that break through the eggs and bacon. They also have cruller donuts my favorite which not all shops carry. New owners are super nice, call in ahead to save time!!“

“I brought my whole family to Cafe 86 and we had such a great experience! I love how spacious the café is, it made it really comfortable for a group visit. The menu is a perfect fusion of Filipino and American flavors, and everything just works so well together.

The customer service was fast and efficient, even with how busy it was. My absolute favorite dessert is the ube tres leches, so rich and flavorful! For drinks, I highly recommend the peach mango green tea, which is exclusive to Cafe 86 and definitely a must-try.

“Tried the new NoBibi Ice Cream & Boba and wow… this place is legit! We got the Mango Mellow, Dubai Chocolate, and the Oreo Cookie combo — all three were hella good. Super fresh flavors, creamy ice cream was on point. The shop is new but already feels like a favorite spot. Definitely worth checking out!“

Their takisesquite was so good, I had the raspado de guayaba and my mother had the raspado de fresas, she loved it, my raspado was extremely delicious and had great texture, the takisesquite was really delicious and their esquite cup is 3.75 iirc, great service as well, the hours are incorrect. They are open from 9 or 10am (seemingly random) to midnight.“

“I was blown away with the way the ice cream was made fresh and rolled up. Needless to say the flavor is unmatched. Michael and Mikayla are friendly informative and really cool servers and I give them big shots out and wanna thank them both for being awesome to my granddaughter, my wife , and myself. “We lived here for a few years and truly enjoyed our time. One of the things we appreciated most was the sense of community. Our neighbors were respectful, friendly, and we all kind of looked out for each other. Even in shared spaces like the laundry room, people were always considerate, which made a big difference in day-to-day living.

We originally chose this apartment because of the price and convenient location, and it definitely delivered on both. It was especially great being so close to work and school, which made our routine much easier.

At one point, we had a concern about possible rodents coming from the nearby trees during the colder months after noticing droppings near one of our cars. As soon as we reached out to the leasing office, they responded right away. They placed traps around the parking area and even gave us helpful tips to prevent the issue moving forward.

Overall, we had a very positive experience living here. If it weren’t for a job change requiring us to move, we would have happily stayed longer.“

“red chili is my sunday spot, it’s cozy, flavorful, and consistently hits the mark. the stir-fried string beans are punchy and perfectly blistered, the pickled chili fish is sour and spicy in all the right ways, and the pork belly is so tender it barely holds together (in a good way). i also love ordering a few cold dishes to balance things out. the tripe with chili oil has this addictive chew and numbing heat.
