“Food at Cafe Valer is fresh, tasty and nicely presented for a cafe, service is friendly (albeit rushed), and there’s clean and sufficient seating inside and outside the Cafe. I stop here every time I’m in Covina area and have never been disappointed.“

“I had a great first experience here. I thought the portions are quite good for the price that you pay. First thing to mention is that this place is not that big. If you have 4 people then it should be easy to fit. The staff were nice and it seems like it is family owned.
The fish filet sandwich was really good! Just go for it! I enjoyed their curry as well, we got the pork katsu, I just wish that they had some of those red radish or green cucumber pickles, that would go quite well with the curry!

“This place still lives up to its name, if it's not busy, ofc. Boba & taste (maybe don't do lower than 50% sugar) has quality; the price for Large is insanely good.
Lots of available parking, but be cautious if you park away because oncoming traffic.“

“Such a cute coffee shop! AND it doesn’t close at 7pm which I enjoy as a late coffee girl lover! I got a salted caramel cold brew which was really good, though wasn’t as strong as I thought. My friend got a strawberry matcha drink, really tasty!“

“I came here after a really bad KBBQ experience at Gen and the drinks here really cheered me up. The atmosphere was amazing and it seems like a great study spot so I’ll definitely be coming back.
The drink I got was their standard matcha latte, it wasn’t too sweet or too bitter nor grainy. I’ve had a lot of matcha in my time and this was pretty solid. My boyfriend got the other drink, I’m 90% sure it was the taro, a little too sweet for me, but he really liked it so that’s all that matters.
The highlight of this place was definitely the welcoming atmosphere and amazing drinks!“

“I stopped in to try a Bionico for the first time and fell in love. I've tried other places, but they always disappoint after having the best from this place. The price, the fruit, the cream.....always a delicious experience!!! I refuse to get one anywhere else. No comparison!“
