“I have been regularly coming here for a couple last years and I love this place.I usually go for fillet mignon because it turns out to be so juicy and tender. My boyfriend gets fillet with sea food options. Scallop and lobster tail.I absolutely love their ginger dressing! Each time I promise myself that I’ll skip on a fried rice, by always end up eating it, because it is good! They sell beers in pitchers that completes the meal!Always a great dinner!Highly recommended!“

“Sweetest, kindest family- most delicious food at a great price. We were treated like family. Young(sic?) is the mama who works the front and her husband was cooking. She gave us a demo of the whole thing but also ran off a few great things on the menu, we ended up with avocado roll, dragon roll, and a stir fry.About $16 a pound to build your own stir fry which we loved to customize. Veggies were fresh and well cut. They make their own soy sauce, spicy mayo, and teriyaki sauce at three different spice levels.I cannot recommend this place anymore, such a sparkly hole in the wall!“

“Today was our first time here. Based on recent reviews we came here. The exterior kind of throws you off, but the service, menu simplicity, price, AND Food portions was ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!DEFINITELY COMING BACK! Give them a chance and make a visit to get some fresh made to order food!“

“The place is so dank (dank = good) great actually! The outdoor patio vibe is so fun and it’s just a perfect addition to the city. There customer service is top tier. If i don’t come back just for the food i will come back just to have alyssa take my order!“

“We got there as the first seating so there wasn't much going on yet. But our waitress Gabrielle was right there to get us started. She explain all of the cocktail's throughly, and helped us pick the best one. She explained the menu and what items she liked best etc. The pacing was very nice and we also did the wine pairing which was great. Overall we had a great experience and food was good. Some things better than the others, the corn crème brûlée starter was amazing as well as the dessert. We will for sure go back and ask for Gabrielle or her twin sister Rachel, they made our experience wonderful.“
“Great food, I felt the portion size was good. I shared a plate and felt that it was still more than enough. Service was also good, they accept cards which is convenient and the wait time isn't bad. I recommend the Steak and shrimp combo. A must try!!!!“

“Awesome steak and rice bowls. High quality meat and excellent flavor. Beats Benihana hands down. 5 STaRKid-friendliness: I often ask them to cut steak smaller for my kids and they are happy to do it. It’s also very affordable. I try to tip 20% every time beside I feel the quality and service is top notch“

“This review is very overdue and while I thought I had published it I found it in my drafts. Drove by the place a few weeks ago and it looked permanently closed :( Best Teppan / Sushi spot in LA! I don't even know where to start. I called to make a reservation for 20 on Mother's Day for my brother's birthday and of course Mother's Day. General manager Smith Dok helped me out and was very professional and friendly! Once we got there, we were greeted by staff and seated promptly. Food was awesome, chefs were amazing and friendly. Service was A1 all over!! Smith(manager) came over and introduced himself and made sure everything was good. On our way out he made sure to ask how everything went and rest assure we had an amazing night at this establishment. Going to miss this spot if it's permanently closed. I know they have other locations but I loved this one.“
