“Darya has been our favorite Persian restaurant for over 20 years. The food is delicious and Noori, Pedro and all of the servers are so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Definitely the best Persian restaurant in Los Angeles!

“Just had a fabulous dinner at esme last night! Our server was a delight. We ordered the Striped Bass, the Young Chicken, the side of Potatoes and the Panne Cotta dessert. Everything was fabulously delicious and the portions were not small. The space is intimate and perfect for a quiet dinner. We sat outside at one of their two outdoor tables, but the indoor space also seemed calm, quiet and lovely. It's a mix of a casual vibe, but with fine dining level food. I will definitely go back“

“I'm at a loss for words, but I'll try my best. Food? Amazing! Perfect amount of seasoning and the portions are huge! And this is coming from a big dude. For the appetizers, my favorites were the Kashk E'bademjan (Eggplant Delight), Potato Salad, and the Hummus! They have more selections, but this is what I was able to try. I hear all are great! For the Entrees, ALL OF THEIR KABOBS ARE FIRE (MMM MMMM YUMMY). I had a sample of most them and in the islands, we would say "broke da mouf kine", which translates to, the food is *beep beep* GOOD! If you've never had Persian Food, or you love it, this is the restaurant for you! Drinks? I love Korean Soju and Cass beer, so yeah, +10 points from me. They do carry various Wines and Beers though...and of course your choice of Soda Pop. Atmosphere? It' gives you a Kewl Kids Vibe; a classy place where you can be yourself with family and friends and just enjoy each others company. You have your choice of Indoor and Outdoor dinning which is amazing. There's also a private room upstairs that can hold 20 people for a meal and karaoke (there is a fee to reserve, but very much worth it). Staff? We were greeted at the door as if we were coming home. Pasha and his staff go above and beyond to make sure all your needs are met. Their suggestions on meal and drink pairings are spot on. I can't thank Pasha and the crew for making our group outing a success. Overall? I'll be going back and I hope that you add this restaurant to your list of 'go to' places to dine at. The MOTHERLOAD a nice combo plate to try other items in one; the tofu scramble, za’atar potatoes and biscuits were awesome.

The HOT SHROOMS were awesome wish we got the house made bread but we didn’t ?

The REALLY GOOD SALAD was nice only wish was it was a bit colder to give it a refreshing kick

Definitely down to try the pasta and pizza. It seems like majority of people dining. We’re getting the pizza.

Ambience was nice and clean from the bathrooms to the overall restaurant dishes are picked up pretty quickly and tables are cleaned

“The best gyros in the valley! They have amazing food and service was top. You can’t believe the amount of people who come in here and are just rude to these hard working people. They just keep working and are happy about helping people eat great food.

“An absolutely delightful addition to our neighborhood. This is the best priced restaurant in the area - and the food is excellent for the price point. Absolutely order the Branzino - it's flown in fresh from Turkey and prepared it as if they were on the waterfront in Istanbul. The roasted vegetables rock, salads are excellent, and they have the best baklava in Los Angeles(and yes, I've tried many). I knew the food was good as I used the delivery service before. Today I decided to visit the Cafe and I promise I’ll continue going frequently. The food is delicious but what won me over was the welcome and love you experience when you walk in the door. The staff is amazing... the Cafe has a very “welcome home” atmosphere. The complimentary cup of soup is AWESOME. I sat at a corner table allowing me to do what I love...watch people. As I enjoyed my delicious first meal of 2020 I watched as every person who entered was treated with care and joy. Just like being home the staff will keep checking to see if the food is ok and if you need anything. Actually all of his recommendations were spot on. We moved to the shrimp on skewers that were a really nice treat and then shared the lobster pasta that was out of this world and the risotto with mushrooms and truffles even better.
