“Classic hawaiian barbecue with an interesting sushi roll option. The sushi rolls go for mostly about 10 bucks. But I find the quality is better at the good sushi place around the corner. But they are always a good mainstay for the barbecue chicken or the katsu chicken.“

Stopped in and let the owner know that it was my first time there. I couldn't decide between the brisket sandwich or the pulled pork sandwich, so I decided to get both. “It was my first time having dinner at Gold Coast Cuisine inside one of their karaoke rooms last night. The room is very comfortable with music videos while enjoying our yummy dinner. All the dishes we have are very fresh and delicious. The service is excellent as well. The karaoke system is great. We have fun after the delicious meal.

“Food is delicious and always a hit but the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I called and made an order ahead of time and was told it’ll be ready in 15-20 minutes. I showed up by the 20 minute mark and food wasn’t ready… had to wait another 20 minutes… no seats were available to sit in so I had to stand the entire time…“

I have eaten here in person before, and the environment is extremely relaxed and enjoyable. It can be a little loud, but not too loud that you can’t carry on a conversation. The staff are nice, the cashiers I’ve encountered, the people answering the phones, the take out guys, and even the responses through social media, it seems like this team is truly all about making sure you have nothing less than a positive experience regardless who you speak with.

This meal included the burnt ends, cheddar-wurst, mac & cheese, and the beans. I wish I would have gotten 4lbs of the burnt ends because the meat was so tender. Fat doesn’t look good on me, but the crispy fat on these burnt ends with a soft chewy middle, ohmygawd, it was beautiful. I love when a good meat is cooked so well, it melts in your mouth. Flavor explosion! The cheddar-wurst was cooked to perfection, firm, but surprisingly tender enough to cut through with a butter knife. The Mac & cheese was creamy and super cheesy. The beans were so hearty, they could be a meal all on their own.

It’s officially November, so today I am thankful for good food, good service, and that it finally feels like sweater weather.“

“I had a take out order of the BBQ for two.The meat portions were great, the meat was delicious, tender and a great smoky flavor, the sauce was good too.The greens were kale, not collard greens, and were extremely bitter, very over powering taste of vinegar,not actual spices to compliment the greens.The corn bread was dry and had no flavor.The mac and cheese was horrible. over-all the meat made the meal.A+ f9r the meat F for the side dishes.Please upgrade those dishes asap.“
