They have frappes, floats, sparklers and cheese foam! The only problem I had was there was not an option to make some drinks less sweet. I ordered the macha latte, I was able to control the sweetness level, I got 50% sweet and it was great. The ice cream was a good serving size and delicious!“

It is $$ if you decide to buy the merchandise and accessories with the cups. The upgraded cup that has the surprise bunnies are about $3.40-$4.40 extra I believe. Alex, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome and satisfied. His great customer service and infectious good cheer made my visit even more enjoyable!

Now, onto the main event - the drinks! 🤩 I tried the Vietnamese coffee and Bobo tea infusions, and both were incredibly good! The flavors were rich and well-balanced, and the presentation was Instagram-worthy. I'm still dreaming about that delicious coffee... ☕️

“We stopped by for tea here, did not go to restaurant side of this shared spot. Boba Tea one side and Sushi Restaurant on the other half. We got 3 teas and noticed their tea flavors were very strong! Was kind of nice, tasted authentic and not sugary. That’s a huge plus. Taking a star off because the cups are a bit slender, so you’re not getting too much for the price.“

“I have to say the choices of the different boba drinks was great and to top it off the choice of food and snacks looked really good. We chose the popcorn chicken which was hot and fresh and tasted great. As for the staff they were all extremely friendly and helpful with suggestions. The interior of the store was clean and well laid out.
To be honest the only detractor from our visit was the neighborhood between the number of homeless and sad say tweakers outside the shop didn't feel like it was the safest.

The prices are really good for the different variety of drinks, the bubble tea always comes out very refreshing, very pretty with the decor they put up, and my favorite part of the store is how welcoming and kind the staff is each visit. A lot of places can create bubble tea but when there is staff who make customers feel welcomed and valued that’s what really sets the bar. They are also very helpful too! Not enough places has rose tea’s. They also have a big variety of appetizers and Chinese food! I was very surprised! Their popcorn chicken was poppin ! And the older man who took our order was so sweet and happy! ? watching the excitement of him exchanging jokes and laughter with his customers warmed my heart! Go and support them! XLB and Siu Mai are high quality with very thin skin. Almost overwhelmingly heavy on the five spice. Beef and broccoli had a lot of garlic (yay!), tender and no weird gristly meat, entree portion in the smaller side. The most citrusy honey walnut shrimp I’ve ever had. The lemon flavor was welcomed.

Love the beautiful jewel tone paint color on the inside. Atmosphere is cozy and casual in a romantic kind of way.

I was expecting a flaky, puff pastry-like pancake (like the kind they had at Young’s in South Sac), but this beef roll was wrapped in a tortilla. I’d pass next time.“

Turned out the person named Van was really rude and didn't care to respond after asking me how many donuts I wanted. My husband drove straight there and asked if they could just help us out. You know, the basics.My favorite is their roast duck though. crispy skin, juicy meat, crazy flavorful. Might be the best I've had, no joke. Get the roast duck. Thank me later. We both really liked our food; very flavorful and delicious and they came in great portions for the price! We also got a taro milk tea with boba which wasn’t our favorite considering that was too sweet despite ordering the “less sweet” option and that the boba was hard. Overall though, it was a nice spot to stop by for lunch!“
