“Our family absolutely adores this cookie shop, and I've never met anyone who hasn't raved about Crumbl cookies. We pass by here almost weekly, and it’s become a tradition for us. But it’s not just the delicious cookies that have won our hearts—it's the incredible kindness and warmth of the people behind them.
We had come in with 6 excited kids in tow and their disappointment was so evident when we saw that they were already closed. We were ready to leave when, to our surprise, some of the owners had noticed their disappointment. Instead of sending us on our way, they asked what flavors we were hoping for. They kindly asked us to wait, and within moments, they had cookies for us. I just couldn't believe they would go through such great lengths for just a few cookies.
This simple yet extraordinary gesture meant the world to us. It’s not often that you encounter people who go out of their way just to bring a little joy to others, and they beyond giving joy. The cookies never ever fail, but truly, it’s the sincerity and hearts behind them that make us loyal fans for life. Thank you for being so wonderful, Crumbl Westlake!!!“
