“Where do I even start? I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but my recent experience at the Lincoln In-N-Out was phenomenal thanks to their manager, Michel.

We’re regulars at this location. It’s the one fast-food place I never feel guilty about taking my kids to, and as a sports mom, we’re usually here at least once a week!

On this particular visit, I could tell the cashier was probably new. She had a few stumbles while taking our order, but she stayed positive and got everything entered. When I received our food, I noticed a couple of items had been rung up incorrectly. I let the team know, and they immediately made it right.

Even after fixing the order, there were still a couple of small items that weren’t quite correct on a different receipt, but I told them it was no big deal because we would still eat those as is. As we were finishing our meal, the manager, Michel, came over and surprised us with a complimentary meal card for the inconvenience; which honestly wasn’t necessary because they had already taken such great care of us.

Michel took the time to talk with us, was genuinely kind, and made us feel valued as customers. That level of customer service is rare these days, and it’s exactly what every restaurant should strive for. You could tell her team follows her example, and it was refreshing to see such strong leadership in action.

“Honestly its a Carls Jr. So I mean. . .im not gonna say much. HOWEVER this one is, to me, by far the best Carls Jr. around. Staff is friendly! Food is hot and fresh, and even when they're super busy its never much of a wait. Can't go wrong with this one!“

“I just flew in, getting stationed at Beale AFB nearby. Naturally, Im alone on Thanksgiving. Nothing on base is open, and I dont wanna run around town trying to get food. I type in "food" on google maps, and this is the closest place. I am HONGRY.

I miss the place at first because its also a combination gas station and convienience store, not just chicken. Extremely friendly people behind the counter, great chicken for a good price. Couldn't understand most of what the cashier said because of his accent, but thats how you know youre about to eat some great chicken.“

“I’d had a really long, really bad day. I will admit that nothing makes me feel better in the moment than ice cream and what better to pair this with than an A and W Root Beer. The service was so kind and super fast. The float was made to perfection. It’s just what I needed. “

“This is easily one of the best Taco Bell locations we’ve been to in a long time!
Right from the start, the staff was wonderfully friendly. The lady who took our order was incredibly polite, and the manager was just as welcoming. On top of the great service, our food came out perfectly—everything was incredibly fresh, hot, and exactly what you want.
What really set this location apart, though, was the exceptional standard of cleanliness and leadership. While we were eating, we noticed the manager walking around the dining room with a younger employee. Instead of just doing the work for him or letting it slide, the manager patiently took the time to show the kid a few spots he had missed. We were so impressed to see a manager actively going behind their staff to teach them the proper way to clean and maintain the space.
It is incredibly refreshing to see a restaurant so dedicated to making sure everything is spotless, tidy, and totally up to par. Great food, a clean dining room, and fantastic management—we will definitely be coming back to this location!“

“This McDonald's in Lincoln, is the cleanest one I've ever been in and the staff takes great pride in keeping it that way at all times. I'm still disappointed that the franchise changed their fries recipe. They're nowhere near being as good as they used to.“

“They have the best late night drive through lady. Her name is Aliana. (I hope I spelled that correctly). She is the sweetest person. Because of her, it makes my experience there a joy. She is always so professional, courteous and never skips a beat when it comes to making sure everything is done to perection as a worker.“

“This KFC establishment is very nice. They have good service, good food, and I love how friendly the staff are. The chicken sandwiches are fantastic and so is the root beer. I do not just see this as a regular KFC but an amazing restaurant that you can regularly dine at. 10/10 would recommend this place.“

“June 2026 recently remodel location ,very clean and spacious dinning area. Waiting times are long because they seem to be shortstaff. Food is good considering everything is so expensive everywhere. They have the trio special for $8.66 with tax included and you can mix hamburgers and fries. They have a restroom for customers only ,you do not need a code or key for it.Manager Daena answer all my questions eventhough she was on her lunch. The location has selve serve machines to order as well for the drinks.“
