“Ate here recently and the food was really good. It’s all vegetarian/vegan, which I didn’t know before I got there (in a good way).The food was great and the people were very nice. They also make vegan desserts, which I tried. I tried the samosas which were really good and I got the Bhindi masala which is made with okra and it was really good, one of the best versions of it I’ve had. “So I've been here a few times now since I moved back to the area. They opened last year 2023 February. My sister, who is a coffee addict, brought me. I just started drinking coffee. They are located in a plaza so plenty of parking. The facade is so cute and always seasonally decorated. The inside is so cute tons of photo opps! Its a mexican themed cafe & you can see it in the decor & the food/drink selection. They have tortas, mexican sweet bread, mexican drinks, etc. The staff has always been kind to me. They have teens working too. Its just very cheery in here which I like. They have a private bathroom, free wifi, plenty of seating, & if you eat/drink here you have the option of using the old school mexican mugs made out of like clay or something which I love! My favorite drink is the hot Mexican mocha, its like an Abuelita hot chocolate with coffee. The music is eclectic spanish and english & not too loud. Anyway, we come here pretty often and I reccomend.“

“I use to belong to about 20 wine clubs the last couple years I've dropped them all but this one. First and what's most important in a winery is great wine. Next the staff is awesome. The ambience is great. Not as opulent as some of the Sonoma/Napa/ Paso Robles tasting rooms but beautiful grounds to enjoy a fabulous glass of their wine. But top of my list is the Family , my beautiful friend Kathy the matriarch, her daughter Jorja, and always smiling son-in law Kyle make you feel like you are part of their family. Even when medical issues made me quit drinking wine for a while I kept my membership and gifted wine to friends. This will always be a keeper for me.“

“OHHHH WOWWWW! I had their SURF & TURF QUESADILLA for the 1st time today. It was to-die-for! #excellent You MUST try one. The shrimp is plump, succulent, tasty, fresh, & cooked perfectly. The carne asada is very tasty. They do not skimp on how much of both that they load the nice flour tortilla with. I put the green hot sauce on each bite, & also some sour cream from my refrigerator. Yum yum yummmmm! A nice meal.“

It's located across the freeway from a gym and I wonder if this would be better suited right next to it or across the street from it. I think it suffers from its location a bit.The waffles were crispy on the outside and nice and chewy on the inside. I wish the waffle had more banana & strawberry with it so it was more like a full serving of fruits and veggies rather than a garnish. There is more about being healthy than just throwing protein powder in something. That brings me to my main critique. I wish this place was more "healthy" and less "protein". It should be renamed to the Protein spot. With such a heavy emphasis on protein, and the main selling point of the menu, I think the "healthy spot" is a bit misleading. It could stray any newcomer (like it did for me) and visitor who is just looking for a healthy alternative to fast food. Very good protein spot though:)I wanna see some protein juices. “Intercoastal Winery is the diamond in the rough! A must visit when in the Lodi area. The wines are superbly crafted by the wine maker (Mitch) and the front of the house is run by Rochelle who is warm, friendly and knowledgeable. The staff makes you feel like your home with friends .The Chardonnay is flavorful and buttery, this one changed my mind about whites! You definitely cannot go wrong with any of their reds.“

“Very nice place for a wine tasting on a lazy winter’s afternoon. A three-piece band was playing music outdoors as we arrived, which was a nice, unexpected touch. There were five of us and we sat at a wrought iron table with wrought iron chairs that rocked back & forth - how fun! Our wine tasting consisted of six wines. All six were very good, but that didn’t stop us from comparing and contrasting each sip that the five of us took. It made for a very enjoyable late afternoon as the sun dropped low in the February sky. As we closed the place down, we purchased several bottles of our favorite wines from that day. We’ll definitely be back.“

“Coffee is better then the starbucks across the street. But not as good as Java stop down the road. However, they make that up with their service/shop in spades. The shop gives off a GREAT atmosphere. When you walk in, you can't help but just feel like you at home or at a safe place. I have never had a bad experience at house of coffees. Between the great service and music. Great tables and chairs. You just can't get that at Java stop. Not bad for the second best coffee in town. I suggest the nutty Irishman.“

“Great place to have a cigar and a drink indoors. It was over 100 degrees yesterday, and a cigar outside wasn't sounding appealing. So we headed over to Stogies. The walk-in humidor is such a cool experience. There is enough room for 2-3 people to stand inside comfortably and choose a cigar(s) from the floor to ceiling (on all 4 walls) selection of cigars. Then, order yourself a beer, mixed drink, or soda and find a comfortable place to sit down and light up your cigar. You can sit at the bar, tall bar tables, or sit in some comfortable leather love seats or leather chairs. You can also play pool or watch sports on one of the many tvs.Other things to note:This place can get pretty loud (it is a bar :)) at times. The air can get pretty smoky depending on how many people there are having cigars. The air conditioner and heater keep the place comfortable year round. Patrons and employees have always been friendly. They have a members only cigar lounge right next door that is quieter and has a great group of people hanging out (or pick a more secluded area if you like) chattng, reading, or watching TV) while smoking a cigar(s).“

The claw was fresh and tasted amazing. As for the atmosphere, the place gave me that Midwest homey vibe and spacious, which we found to be really comfortable. “I go because when I visit from Texas it's close to home but I also struggle with feeling comfortable alone. The bartenders are sweet and make my drinks sufficiently but I wish the food trucks and karaoke were back like before. All the Finnegan's people are there now so they have a line that I hate because no one enjoys waiting in the cold. I wish it was bigger, the bathroom was bigger and more clean but who can control adults. I say they are alright with me and worth a visit. Oh and if they aren't busy, get some jerky. “I enjoy this place for a quiet night out. I is a neighborhood type restaurant, and is not fine dining. Very friendly, family run with good flavors. The items available sometimes change due to lack of stock, and last time I was there the soda fountain was out of diet coke. The owner ran down the street and bought some instead of making me choose something else, I just happened to see him going out the back door. I like taking care of people that go to such effort to support their customers.“
