“I would say this is one of the better diners/coffee shops in the valley. I stopped in for my first time this morning and was pleasantly surprised, it was actually better than I was expecting. It’s a traditional American diner complete with fast service, fair prices, and a huge menu. There is a large free parking lot attached in the back otherwise free street parking is also easy to find. Our server was very polite and everything that we ordered came out within 10 minutes.

For my breakfast I chose the Sausage Patty Benedict and added avocado and really enjoyed it. It was better than it looks in the photos. The sausage is grilled so it has that nice grill flavor and the hollandaise was not too watery. I also got a side of sliced tomatoes and would suggest trying them too as a side. Inside is pretty large with counter, booth, and table seating and can host many different size groups. I would highly recommend and will be back again in the future.“

“What a wonderful gem of a cafe! Such a delicious menu, everything is made fresh daily. The owner has been a chef over 20 years and takes pride in offering healthy delicious food. Caitlyn was a charming barista making sure I had a delightful experience.“

“Yeah it's expensive, as any restaurant located in an upscale office area in a concrete jungle is, but the food is pretty darned good. They had another Trimana that I went to more often, up the street, but it floated off down the river during the pandemic. The manager of this one on Oxnard is a very nice man and he even said that he can't control the costs - except if they were use cheaper quality ingredients and then it wouldn't be as good. I recommend any of the salads or sandwiches. You can't go wrong with like any of them. If you have no food in the fridge at home or need to go for a lunch meeting, go to this Trimana, you won't be sorry.“

“Bostan by Grandma is all about attention to detail. The decor is immaculate, and the food presentation is equally beautiful.

The restaurant feels alive. No two tables are alike, every corner is decorated, and live flowers are all over.

The menu has a mix of traditional Armenian plates and Americanized offerings, along with an extensive coffee list.

And it really feels like everything here is meant to be shared. Not just because the portions are large, which they are, but because the presentation inspires conversation, whether it's from beauty or nostalgia. It really feels like popping into a long lost family member's house for a meal.“

“Stopped here on the way to the airport and I was not disappointed! I had a ham, cheese, mushroom and onion omelette (not on the menu exactly) with country potatoes and it was delicious! “Eggs and Things is a wonderful restaurant right out of the Ventura Boulevard style. The food is great. The free appetizer is a nice little surprise and the most delicious toast I’ve ever had and if I’m not mistaken, it is buttered on both sides!

The place is a little bit loud, but that’s only because it’s so popular. We try to go weekly and it’s great for Easter!

“Only 4 Stars because the eggs where fully scrambled instead of the signature runny eggs. I've been to a few location and the one in downtown LA next to the E-line is my favorite one to go to. “Our dinner last night at IHOP was outstanding. I believe the difference was the service we received from Benjamin. We were greeted with friendliness and a smile as soon as we walked in the door and were seated promptly. Beverage order taken and filled quickly. All options and substitutions we addressed and accepted. The food was delicious, exactly how we wanted it, and served in a timely manner. Benjamin made sure our drinks were always full. He was really on top of everything during our meal making it a very smooth experience. We have gone to this IHOP many times over the years and typically the service is adequate. Unfortunately the previous time we had gone it was terrible. So much so that we addressed it with the manager another day. They offered to comp us a dinner, but that wasn't what we wanted, just better service. We decided to give them one last shot before writing them off. Last night was the complete opposite in the best way. Just service that went above and beyond any expectations. Benjamin really made all the difference and he is the reason will continue to go to this IHOP.“
