New American Restaurants in Woodland Hills, CA

“I was visiting family I haven’t seen for awhile and wanted to eat Jerry’s deli what was my surprise urban plates took over I looked at the menu and decided to try it big portions, healthy , comfort food service was great specially was clean I will definitely come back soon.“

“Stayed here for a few days. Restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner. No food between 10-4pm if you’re in the hotel. Their little market does have food to go options.

Breakfast opens at 6am. Sadly, you can’t pre-order. I ordered for delivery one more and then pickup the next. If you order online, make sure to pay attention if you pick room service or pickup.

Had dinner a few times. They have grilled octopus. The one that I got was a tad salty and lemony. I’m not keen on lemon on my seafood. It was tender. So if you don’t mind it, then you’ll be ok. Otherwise, let them know to go easy on the lemon and salt. Also ordered fish tacos, chicken wings and truffle Parmesan fries. Out of all of them, I’d say truffle Parmesan was the best.

“I celebrated Mother’s Day on the 12th of May 2024 at Joey in Woodland Hills. Very friendly atmosphere. Friendly welcoming . We had a very good and friendly service from Kavin. Good food. Nice presentation.“

“We didn't know there was an event at the Marriott. Very noisy and many people walking through the restaurant. It would have been helpful to know in advance when I booked on line that there was a major event at that location. Other than that, it was good“

“Outstanding food, baby back ribs fall off at the touch, no frills menu, it’s a bbq joint, if you’re looking for Foo-Foo items ? Wrong place, simple menu, something for everyone, friendly staff, family owned. Outdoor dining, live music on occasion, takeout and pickup available…. Hole in the wall, rustic and comfortable, it’s really a unique inviting establishment“

“Ordered a Tuna Nicoise salad to go. Freshly prepared, egg and tuna were not overcooked, potatoes were crispy and I like their vinaigrette.

Return visit: Had the tomato mozzarella sandwich. I prefer it without aioli, so next time I will exclude it. The sourdough bread they use is awesome..

I rate according to what the restaurant offers, which here is counter service, and your order is brought to your table. And that's exactly what you get.“
