“I used the app for the first time and was successful in ordering a couple of smoothies for pick up at a specific time. THe smoothies were ready when I walked in and pick up was fast and efficient.

“There was an event earlier in the morning and I got a coupon for a free 2-pack cinnamon rolls so it was perfect that I was planning to go for dinner that same day! Cinnamon rolls were yummy and I love the fact that the icing comes separate since I’m not the biggest fan of sugary icing. I tried a different dish, Pasta primavera and added grilled chicken. This was good and would recommend it. Their side salad was yummy, had all the good toppings and at the end, my family ordered peach pie and sadly they ran out! This is a seasonal item so they were very disappointed. But it just goes to show you that it’s popular and to reserve it once you get seated because my family actually called ahead and asked if it was available and it was but after we ate, they sold out!“

Or maybe just a good idea. I know it is an unusual way to contact you but there was no email address. So I hope this works. I am from Columbia Missouri and I am visiting my Son, Grand Kids, and family there, just a few blocks to the East of Tustin. I am a musician, part time, and I like to street busk (play music on the streets) for grins. I noticed your nostalgic decor and your Elvis statues and the mural featuring the St Louis Arch, which is in Missouri on the Mississippi, of course, where I am from, and the 1930s, 40s and 50s nostalgia, and I wondered if you ever considered, or entertained the notion of having a little nostalgic live music, every now and then, perhaps even if only just once as an experiment. I just happen to play that old classic blues from that era, mostly, at least in this capacity, as Mr. Fletcher's One Man Blues Band. And I thought we might make a pretty good match up. As I said, at least, as an experiment. You can check me out at Facebook "Keith Fletcher, musician." Though most of that music is from my original music shows, and not my one man blues sets. I noticed you had a nice patio area where I could play outside and it might be a nice treat for your customers to have a bit of entertainment, just for a change of pace. They might really appreciate it since they obviously like your atmosphere. I don't play loud music. Unless folks want that, but I prefer to play soft. Or at least in situations like this. I've been the house band for BBQ joints and restaurants on several occasions. So I am familiar with the proper decorum. Mostly I was just looking for a little music adventure in CA within a walking distance of my Son's house, where I could carry a very tiny amp about the size of a cracker box, and my guitar to a gig. I thought maybe about just doing a street gig but saw your venue and something seemed to click. I hope you think so too. I estimate you are about a mile walking distance from his house and I only need an electrical plug. And probably some cool beverages. Like I said, I'm mostly in it for a small musical adventure, and so will play for tips, though, maybe you can pay me with free cold beverages, especially if it is hot, and maybe a sandwich or meal depending on how long I am there. It all looks delicious to me. If you find you'd like to host me again, and want me back, that might be possible over the week, and I may be back for the Christmas holiday. I might even be able to talk my Son into bringing the kids and family. Could be a total bust, or could be a very nice thing, but nothing ventured, nothing gained. Who knows? If it worked out well enough for both of us, you might even want to do it again sometime, Maybe even offer some kind of fee next time, if there is a next time. Life is an adventure. You / we, might stumble onto something good. If you would like to give it a whirl, what day and time would you think is good to catch a crowd? “Delightful, delicious, and surprising. They provide table service if you’re eating in, and then they cook it up fresh. The cook even helped me order since I was unfamiliar with a lot of the choices. One of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. Well done!“

Their banana pudding and chocolate pudding are my absolute favorites! Like they are DANGEROUSLY good!! I may or may not hide them from my kids! I also love their new brownie edges!! My mom‘s favorite is their sprinkle cookies, to the extent that she will make a special trip to Hapa anytime she’s in town to get herself some! At this point, I just have them ready and waiting for her! The variety of items and flavors that they provide is also incredible! 10 out of 10! Hundred percent recommend! “The spicy beef noodle is highly recommended and it did not disappoint! The meat is really tender and juicy, the noodles are chewy, and the broth is fantastic! It’s also a big serving, so you must come with an empty stomach and a big appetite!

You can see the chef preparing the noodles and they are made fresh!

I also like the lamb skewers. The meat is tender and packed with flavor!

“We were looking for a restaurant that had vegan, non-vegan and gluten-free options. This place is a gem! It exceeded our expectations. The service was excellent, the gal at the front talked us through everything and made sure what I ordered was all vegan (since I’m the vegan in the group). The portions are filling, and the prices are very affordable. we got the grass fed burger, the Baja tacos, the chili Verde bowl, vegan chicken tenders, fried cauliflower, tater tots, and I got the Thai wrap with crispy tofu, and it was all absolutely amazing. Thank you, green tomato, five stars!“

“Okay, they left samples out so I tried most of them. Quite a few things were on the dry side for me. If you're going to go with any breads, I'd say stick to the Asian fillings like taro or red bean: those were best. I was not impressed by the chocolate stuff. The one thing you definitely have to get from this place is the egg tart. It's so good, I came before and after dim sum to get more.“

“My partner and I decided to order a quick grab & go after our workout. We wanted to find something healthy. It was around 10pm, and we found this ghost kitchen that served many foods from different restaurants.

Parking: This ghost kitchen is located in a lot. It looks a bit sketchy, but fear not. Free parking, but finding a spot can be difficult. It’s super busy, and I noticed there were a lot of food delivery workers going in n out.

Environment: It’s a very small space. No dine in. There are lockers to the right where you’d pick up your food when it’s ready. We didn’t place an order online, so we ordered through the kiosk. I don’t think they take cash. Everything seems contactless.

Service: We didn’t speak to anyone. It was self order, and we waited for our food. We were texted when our order was ready. Throughput was under 10 minutes.

What we ordered: I ordered the chicken rice & cabbage bowl, and my partner ordered the protein lover rice & cabbage bowl and a coconut green smoothie. I really liked my bowl! The multi grain rice paired well with all the toppings, chicken, and sauce. The cabbage was fresh and not soggy. Careful for the sesame seeds, it might get stuck to your teeth lol. I’d prefer a bit more chicken, but other than that, I enjoyed it. I also tried my partner’s bowl. His bowl definitely had a lot of protein! It was all delicious! The toppings were similar to my bowl. I did not try his coconut green smoothie bc I don’t like coconut, but I’m assuming he liked it since it was gone in 5 seconds.

Pricing: The chicken rice & cabbage bowl was $11.95, the protein lover rice & cabbage bowl was $15.65, and the coconut green smoothie was $5.95. I’d say it’s worth its price. The bowls left us fulfilling, and we enjoyed everything.“
