“Honestly can’t fault the food or service. We went on a busy Friday and ordered the chicken tenders, pulled pork sandwich, onion rings and fries. We really enjoyed our food- it was hot, tenders were crispy and chicken moist. The fries and sandwich were also great. The onion rings were also really crisp and hot when we got them. It took less than 10 mins for food for 4 people to come out. Server was friendly and patient. Not to mention the food was really reasonably priced especially considering where you are. Will be visiting again.“

“Usually, when staying at a historic hotel in a national park, you get your fill of staff who don't care. That was definitely NOT the case here. The staff cheerfully greeted us at every encounter. Bar food and service were excellent. They kept apologizing for a short wait, but who cares when you are lounging around on vacation? The main dining room is a must for dinner. We had a few hiccups, but the staff bent over backwards to accommodate us. I come to these places to relax, not rush through every meal in a frenetic attempt to cram my day full of tasks. If I miss something, I will come back. Special shout-out to the host and hostess at the afternoon tea on Sunday, 12/7/25. Unfortunately, I cannot remember their names, but they were excellent, engaging, and interesting to talk with. They deserve kudos. Another staff member who stood out was the dining room host at breakfast. He was one of the most pleasant and helpful and deserves high praise. Thank you for an enjoyable trip!“

“Went for breakfast the Tuesday after Labor Day. We'd stayed in Curry Village and were about to hike Vernal and Nevada falls, so this was convenient. The dining pavilion opens at 7am for breakfast and they serve some nice hot options. I had the burrito and my friend had the pancakes. It was all good. They have nice clean spacious restrooms right at the entrance. There are water refill stations both inside, and there's one with good flow right outside the gift shop / grocery store. Also pretty nice views outside in the morning light.“

“We had a great meal on our last night in Yosemite. Our waiter was very patient with our large group with kids and all the food came out correct. The appetizers were our favorite, especially the Brussels sprouts and fried mushrooms. The pear salad was also great! The kids were very happy with their steam bites. We will definitely visit again next time we are in Yosemite.“

“GREAT pizza!! Meat lovers - yum! Veggie lovers - same! Dined there twice in four days! Get there early - the 5:30 rush is significant - still worth the wait! Hint: get the same beer (or better!) at the Village Store (around the corner) instead of the 1899 bar - $13 vs $4 for 23oz Firefall Red vs 32oz (2x 16oz cans). 12oz can of Modelo - $1.50 vs $9 draft.“
