“The best Indian restaurant in Colorado. Excellent food. Unforgettable flavors that make you want to go back there again and again. A highly experienced Indian chef and excellent service and attentiveness to customers makes you feel the vibes (no pun intended). All their meat is cooked so tender in flavorful spices, they just melt in your mouth. It’s our highlight of every week. I can’t recommend this enough. The best part, they have the most reasonably priced lunch buffet in town on weekends and they alter the menu each week to give you the best variety of the cuisine.“

“This was my second time here. I love bahn mi sandwiches and they make a good variety of them. This time I got their Special Bahn. Just don’t look at their website to see what is on it because online, none of the sandwiches show this in the menu option but if you find a location that has online ordering as an option, there you can see better descriptions. This location also appears from the outside like it is run down. Windows with residue left from past things stuck on them. Three of the four doors have signs saying they are broken. Luckily the inside a better with menus and packaged pastries in a couple display cases for quick grabbing. There are a number of different cheesecake slices in a refrigerated display. There are signs and the menus show a small discount of a few cents if customers pay in cash. The sandwich I ordered came pretty fast even though the place was pretty busy. There were a few tables for customers. My sandwich on first bite seemed a bit dry even though the description said a butter mayo was on it. But then I got to the fresh crisp vegetables and the nice fatty meats. These made the sandwich feel not dry at all.“

“We had a delightful, magical evening when we visited Vinca recently for dinner. Every dish was superb, from the appetizers (Bread Board and Caesar Salad) to the entrees (Red Snapper with Orzo and Duck Thigh Confit and Grilled Carrots) to the Chocolate Mousse for dessert. The entrees were especially scrumptious, and as near to the experience of perfection as any dinner I have ever had anywhere. The service was welcoming from the beginning, and then attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. The atmosphere or ambience tended toward the quiet and was quite comfortable. We greatly enjoyed our dining experience from the exciting, enjoyable start to our reluctant finish. We look forward to returning, and to trying the other dishes on offer.“
