“Sounds like the store is short drivers but the door dash delivered my order with the wrong sandwich and missing chips. When I called the store the staff was super nice and offered to have the GM run the correct order to me. He did, super quickly and it was very much appreciated since we order often from this store. That is amazing customer service. Thank you so much for being so kind and correcting the mistake. They even threw in some treats in the bag!“

I know it’s a chain, but this is the best Jimmy John’s that I’ve experienced as far as flavor, taste and service. “Great place to order catering! I work for a nonprofit that provides social and recreational programs for children with cancer. We are hosting a holiday party for over 200 children and families and I worked with Bethany and Sonia to place a BIG order for sandwiches. They were so helpful and pleasant to work with, and even offered to come in early to get this order completed in time for a 10:30 am pick up. So grateful to people who take pride in their jobs and offer service with a great attitude!“
