“French Restaurant is in the lobby of the Mollie , nice vibe, service was great from the hostess to the waitress and the manager. I spend about a month a year in Paris and know French food. The food was very good. The Bibb lettuce and the escargot and baguette just like in Paris. The Steak au poivre was good my only suggestion here is that the steak had way too many whole peppers but cooked perfectly, the fries that came with it could of been more French authentic, The French onion soup my wife had was excellent.“

“Delicious pastries, sandwiches, omelettes, and salads. My children love the quiche and mini donuts. The space inside is tiny, but there are a few tables outside too.They also serve wine and other beverages.Best place in the area to get pastries.“

“A must when in Aspen. Not only do they have the best Pizza, they have the best variety of food from breakfast-brunch to lunch and dinner. You can’t miss with anything on the menu. To top it off, they have the best staff. Big shout out to Paula, Jonathan, and Val.“

“’m always looking for some place different to eat, to stay, to do, when we travel. I’m not sure how I even found this restaurant but I’m sure part of the attraction was a black owned business in Aspen. MAWA’s Kitchen is like striking gold in the mountains of Colorado. Every dish was excellent, from the Brussel Sprout Caesar to the Two Roots Sautéed Greens, pure heaven in your mouth. For our entrees Conrad chose the Red Snapper. It was served on top of some Zaalouk, which is a Moroccan salad of cooked eggplant and tomatoes. Delicious. I chose the West African Gumbo. The flavors meshed together perfectly and had a little spicy Andouille sausage to kick it up a notch. The servers were great and they even gave me a dessert for my birthday. I would definitely recommend this for a great dining experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stopped by for brunch today, another excellent meal. Got to meet Mawa. Such a great place. And the servers are the best!! ❤️❤️❤️“
